Right from the reservation stage, Arya was an absolute delight to coordinate with—prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted. The service throughout the stay was top-notch, and the food was amazing! Special mention to the restaurant team, Abin and head chef Vinu, who were diligent and went out of their way to cater to our kids' food preferences. It's rare to find such attentive and accommodating staff. Highly recommend Poetree Hotel for anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and a team that truly cares about its guests. Spice Village Thekkady - a CGH Earth Experience
"We had a truly enjoyable stay at CGH Earth Spice Village. What stood out immediately was the beautiful natural setting and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. The resort blends seamlessly with its surroundings and genuinely reflects its commitment to sustainability. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the morning yoga session. Practising yoga amidst nature was incredibly peaceful and calming, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The hospitality was excellent. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, cheerful, and eager to help. A special mention to Anoop from the Front Office, who helped us arrange tickets for the Kalaripayattu show. His assistance was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I would have is to expand the vegetarian options at the 50 Mile Restaurant. The food was enjoyable, but a little more variety for vegetarians would make the dining experience even better. A big thank you to the entire CGH Earth Spice Village team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would be happy to return."

"A pleasant location at Thekkady. A different feeling for an overnight stay at tree house with a feeling of luxurious stay in the middle of the forest. A very warm welcome by the the staffs. Very helpful & courteous behavior by the authorities . Though the facilities were limited, the rooms were clean & all the equipments provided is in working condition. A good ambience of the forest feel. Can here the chirping sounds of birds and if rains it's perfect. Overall it's a good value for the stay. Thanks very much for the wonderful experience.
