"Our stay at this otherwise beautiful hotel turned into a nightmare due to a faulty smoke alarm. Three times during the night, we were jolted awake by the alarm’s piercing sound. Each time, we prepared to evacuate with our children, only to find it was a false alarm. With no staff available and the reception closed, our night's rest was ruined. Desperately, we tried contacting the booking company’s 24/7 support, but even they couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel. This resulted in a sleepless night as we anxiously stayed awake, worried about the repeated alarms' cause. The next morning, we finally spoke to the owner, who attributed the false alarms to sudden changes in air pressure – an unsatisfactory excuse. Fortunately, after discussions between the booking company and the owner, we received full compensation for our stay. However, this did not make up for the sleepless night and sense of insecurity we experienced. Future guests should ensure they get an "In Case of Emergency" number from the owner before going to bed. No one should endure the terror we did, and an emergency number could be crucial for a safe night's sleep. This is a small step to ensure peace of mind during your stay. It is disappointing that a hotel with such potential in beautiful surroundings can fail so critically in terms of safety and customer service. This ordeal is something we would prefer to forget but will, unfortunately, linger in our memories."

"We had two double rooms for single use. Breakfast in the neighboring restaurant for the watergiant was extensive and delicious, with fresh coffee and cacao. Free parking and daily access to thermal. Aware bathroom lakes, bath coats and sleeves you need to bring yourself or borrow yourself for a fee in the thermal. The thermal and lifts on the hexentance square and to the Ross trap are only 5 or 7 minutes walking away."

Hotelpersonalet var meget opmærksomt, venligt og især meget venligt fra receptionen over køkken og service. Atmosfæren virkede familie, så man kunne føle sig godt. Frugt var tilstrækkeligt og bredt. "We booked two family rooms. These were in the guest house. If so. Small rooms, stored. We had shampooing on windows and in the shower, no secured sticks (in the family room!), crazy corners, no escape and rescue plan in the room. In the hall the fire extinguishers were displaced. The heated outdoor pool was crazy and already green in many areas of the basin and had only 18 degrees. When and after the complaint, the communication from the hotel was very unhigh, unprofessional and contradictory. We will never enter this hotel again and advise everyone, especially with children!!!! We are unsatisfactory."
