"I was picked up from my hotel and we transferred to the lodge/park. The journey is fine as on an air conditioned mini van. I stayed for the full day tour and had the opportunity to feed the elephants. The tour is as described. No real complaints although it does say there are places to fill up water bottles but this wasn’t pointed out although drinks could be purchased. No guidance about lunch other than we had arrived back and it was ready The guide indicated the age of the animals but couldnt say how he knew this. It might be good to expand on the work that the vets carry out and include this in the tour? On the whole the trip was good. ."

"Stayed here for just 1 night after a full day tour at the WFFT. Stayed in a forest view lodge which was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. A quick call to reception and a golf cart was dispatched to collect us for dinner and then again in the morning for breakfast and check out. But the most spectacular thing was at dusk and dawn was 2 magnificent and graceful elephants came right alongside the lodge. It was so peaceful to sit on our balcony, listening to monkeys in the distance calling whilst we watched these graceful creatures...truly amazing. Everything was so well organised right from booking to our transport that picked us up from our hotel. Would highly recommend especially when you know that all money goes towards rescuing and looking after these lovely animals. "

"Dont stay here. Absolute shambles. The restaurant is advertised to close at 8. The sign says 5. Who closes a restaurant at 5? All the staff are gone by 5 so you wander round in the dark looking for the open restaruant that doesnt exist. There is no wifi, unlike advertised, the bathroom is dirty and the bed is so hard i think theyve forgotton to get a mattress. We booked 2 nights and left after 1."
