Min mand og jeg delede disketter, vi havde omkring fem forskellige plader, alle præsenterede smukt.Omkostningen var omkring £110 euro, herunder et par glas vin og bløde drikkevarer. "We had a lovely weekend staying at this hotel. The place is beautiful and great for a weekend of relaxing in your couple. After seeing some of the bad reviews we were quite nervous but the stay was overall great! The only two comments we had was that the place is really understaffed, the friendly girl at check in was great, but she seemed very stressed as she was doing pretty much everything which left some of our questions unanswered. Another comment, at breakfast we were not seated nor spoken a word to by the waiter in the room, and we had no idea that you could order cooked breakfast, so that would have been nice to know! However, there was a young Spanish bar tender around the pool and he was fantastic, really polite, and he made our experience. Other than that, the whole experience was lovely and we would definitely return!"

"We recently stayed at Hotel LaSort and had a mixed experience. The biggest positives are the location and views. The hotel is directly across from the beach, making it easy to walk everywhere in Moraira, and there is convenient parking nearby. Our room had a beautiful balcony view, and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, there were several things that kept this from feeling like a boutique hotel experience , especially at over €300 per night. The front desk staff were often unfriendly and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we had a question or request. One of the most frustrating policies was the ice service—you either have to go to reception to get it yourself or pay €5 to have it delivered. Even then, they only provide a tiny bucket. On one occasion they tried to hand us a single cup of ice, and when we politely asked for more, we were met with eye rolls. The air conditioning was another major disappointment. It isn’t adjustable, shuts off whenever you open the balcony door, and repeatedly turned off during the night. During 100°F (38°C) summer weather, guests should be able to control the temperature in their own room. The bed was also too small for two adults, the pillows were uncomfortable, the room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay. Overall, Hotel LaSort has an unbeatable location and beautiful views, but the lack of comfort, poor Wi-Fi, inconsistent air conditioning, and disappointing customer service make it difficult to justify the price. With a few improvements, it could be an outstanding hotel."
