"1. Poor facilities: What you see on the internet is not what you get. 2. Improvised furniture, not even a decent wardrobe. 3. Rusty faucet in the bathroom and a shower curtain that falls every time and is mouldy and dirty. 4. Not the minimum decent standard for hotel, bad electric installations, and no windows in the room. 5. Want to charge your phone? Do ir on the floor. That's where the sockets are. I really struggled to decide to review this place, and I was thinking about the people working there, but even their service doesn't compensate for the disasterous room they gave me. For the price, I ve got a way better hotel in Guadalajara city."

"This hotel has horrible acoustics. The rooms are nice. The beds are very good. They serve breakfast. The staff is polite. The rooms are clean. The water is hot... too hot! But the noise level is unreal. Voices carry and echo through the halls. There is a pool on the 4th floor that creates a lot of noise. There are train tracks near. I felt that for the most part the hotel was well managed but the noise was very disruptive and irritating. "
