Red Roof Inn Detroit Metro Airport - Taylor ★★

📍 21230 Eureka Rd, Taylor

"It's a hotel I couldn't find anything to recommend. I asked if there were toiletries in the room, and I was told they did. Turns out there were none. There were no hangers or hair dryers. The bed was clean. But I didn't take a picture of the bathroom, so I can only say that a shower was available."

Comfort Inn & Suites ★★
"The front-desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which was one of the better parts of my stay. The room also included useful basics—a microwave, refrigerator, and safe—which I appreciated. However, the room itself felt dated and fairly average overall. The bathroom was especially difficult to use because it was extremely small. The door barely had room to pass the toilet, making it uncomfortable to move around, shower, and use the bathroom in general. Breakfast was basic. The only hot options available were scrambled eggs and pork sausage. It would be nice if the hotel offered a non-pork option, such as beef or turkey sausage, for guests who do not eat pork. Overall, the stay was adequate, but there was nothing particularly special or comfortable about the room. The friendly front desk staff helped, but the dated room and very cramped bathroom made the experience less enjoyable."

"I had to stay one night unexpectedly due to a flight cancellation, but the room was clean and the service was good. There is a Meijer nearby that is within walking distance, and there are also places to eat."

Fairfield Inn & Suites Detroit Taylor ★★★
"Hotels in the US are generally old, but this one is very new, with a new microwave, clean rooms, polite staff at the counter, good breakfast, and low laundry prices. It is Marriott quality, highly recommended. Don't stay near Interchange 94, drive a few minutes longer, this one is much better"
