"We traveled from Geneva that evening, but due to a Google Maps navigation error, we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10 PM. After contacting the hotel staff through Ctrip, they said they could wait for us until 10 PM. However, when we arrived at 10:15 PM, the staff were still waiting. The hotel was conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the train station. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free during your stay, but there's a 10 CHF charge if you check out. The parking lot also listed a 24-hour charge of 13 CHF. We are very grateful to the Ctrip staff for their help; they prevented us from having to sleep on the streets with our elderly relatives that night. Thank you!"
