"My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that "nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room", which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel."

"Villa Margaretha er en gammel træbygning fuld af interesse og kirker, selv om jeg ikke er sikker på, at dette berettiger dens beskrivelse som “butikker”. Det er beliggende en god 10-minutters gang fra centrum af Tartu (højt oppe på vej tilbage), og den gå blev irriterende efter et stykke tid. Der er en følelse af, at hotellet er på dets sidste ben.Der er ingen middag, og en begrænset morgenmad serveres fra en menu og skal betales for separat.Mit værelse havde en række ikke-arbejdende lys, og de glemte at rense det en dag. Der var ingen gardiner på nogle vinduer og ingen blackout linjer overalt, så morgenlys kom i.Wi-Fi er god og gratis.Receptionen er ikke permanent bemandet. På baggrund af det ville jeg hellere have været meget tættere på det relativt lille bycenter."

"Easy to find and check in. Staff is friendly and explains the rules quickly. It’s ok place for 1 night and given the price of the competition, I guess it’s ok. The place is in a bit of disarray some due to guests but also because it seems it was out together from donations of furniture and linens and some construction materials. It’s an interesting Hostel, don’t get me wrong, just not used to this in previous hostel stays. Toilets were roomy and clean. Showers on the other hand very small, broken some and not so clean. Yes I would stay again, especially for the price given all other options are more expensive."
