"Hotels in Estonia are always of high standard, so I am more critical towards this hotel. Most of the things are expected: plenty of food options for the breakfast, good quality service at the reception (plus the convenient online check in in advance so the actual process is easy and fast), well decorated hotel. The only improvement is the quality of the cleaning in the room: when I arrived at the room, I could notice some dirt in the toilet bowl and a bunch of hair on the surface in the bathroom. They can get my five star if they could pay more attention to when cleaning the room."

"It's some flats in a bigger complex, which made it a little bit hard to find. Everything is fully automated, you won't see any staff. The upper part of the flat with the bed has an extremely low ceiling. But all of that is complaining on a high level - it's very well equipped, the location is fantastic, and the cleanliness is spotless. So if you are aware what you are booking, it's absolutely fine."

"Villa Margarethas s Deluxe suite Marie (3rd floor, small stairs, no lift, so not suitable for disabled people) er måske det smukkeste hotelværelse, jeg nogensinde har været til (og jeg har været til få)! Ja, bygningen er bestemt ikke helt ny, men det er ikke, hvad dette hotel handler om - jeg elsker hotellets aldrings atmosfære!I oktober var det meget fredeligt, og receptionen er ikke medarbejder 24/7 - men vi behøver ikke at være det. Værelset var spotless ren.Gå væk til butikken, det gamle centrum osv. Og hvis du ikke vil gå, hvorfor ikke fange en Bolt ride - det kunne ikke være lettere! Der er en kaffe i hotellet, hvor du kan købe morgenmad (det er ikke inkluderet i værelsesprisen).Det var vores anden gang i Villa Margaretha, og vi vil helt sikkert gå tilbage, hvis vi besøger Tartu igen!"

"Et meget tilfredsstillende 3-star hotel.Alt er op til standard: ren, venlig personale, alle de grundlæggende faciliteter er til rådighed.Saunaen og gym er plus. Morgenmaden er fantastisk, masser af mad, men komme der tidligere, hvis du vil have et bedre valg af kager og desserter.Beliggenheden er perfekt, lige ved busstationen og meget tæt på byens centrum.Generelt en meget behagelig ophold."
