"First of all, the checking in and out was super quick. Probably because I booked thru Trip.com. The room was clean and spacious. Parking was also easy. Staff were great and very attentive. The city had power outage but the hotel quickly turned on their generator. Breakfast was good, typical Filipino breakfast. One thing I noticed was the water in the bathroom. I'm not sure if it's the drainage or the water but it smells like the sewers. After some time upon opening the faucet or shower, the smell gradually fades but it's still an unpleasant experience. The bathroom is super clean but I think there's something in the water."

"The female staff was honest enough to tell me that the room was not the same as advertised. Since I needed a place to rest with parking after a long day of travel from Manila to and around Tarlac City, I just proceeded to the room. The air conditioning was good but the tv is old and has only 1 channel working. There is no WiFi. The toilet’s flush is not working and I had to use a pail. There is no bidet. There is no hot water for the shower."
