"This lodge has one of the best hosts I have ever met. The day before we arrived, we were given tips for special stops. The facility is very well maintained. These were our last two nights on our tour. Thanks to Walter, we felt as if we had always lived there. We were able to end our vacation with a campfire. He also gave us tips for the trip to the airport. His staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was outstanding each morning, beautifully prepared and always fresh, truly a the perfect way to start the day. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the personal involvement of the owners, Helpi and Freek. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail created such a homely and authentic atmosphere. It truly felt like more than just a hotel, it was an experience. We can highly recommend Roosje van de Kaap to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful blend of comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality.
