"Facilities: Overall very good and satisfying, but there wasn't a disposable small comb, though that doesn't really affect the overall experience. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Very good, I liked it a lot, but the lighting was a bit off. When we were taking photos or doing makeup, it created a bit of a backlight. It could be improved slightly, but having several different color lighting options was great! Service: Superb! The ladies and the front desk staff were all very considerate and attentive. 24-hour warm-hearted butler service: Very thorough. Late checkout until 2 PM (subject to availability): The attitude was super good."

"Location: Excellent location—just a one-minute walk to the walking street and other famous attractions. Staff: Super friendly and always ready to assist immediately whenever needed. Facilities: Perfect for travelers who prefer having everything available in the hotel. Self-service laundry, drying machines, microwaves, and other convenient amenities are provided. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are much quieter than I expected. As a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed at all during my stay. Room: Very modern smart-controlled rooms with voice-command AI assistance, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with a great location, excellent service, modern facilities, and outstanding cleanliness."

Twin Trees Mountain Hot Springs: Although not very large, it has 12 small pools. If it's not too crowded, it's a great place to soak. Service: The service was excellent; we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a junior suite. Cleanliness: We booked a pet-friendly room. The room was very clean, and they even provided a dog bed, as well as food and water bowls. You don't need to bring these if you're traveling with a pet. Environment: Convenient parking and a great location. It's just a short walk to Trees Mountain and a 7-minute drive to Emerald Lake."

"Fordi vi rejste med to ældre familiemedlemmer i 90'erne og skulle være vært for en banket for familie og venner på Lanternfestivalen, kommunikerede vi meget med husholdersken, fru Shi Yun, og fik varm, betænksom og hjertevarmende service. "The services were very good, all the staffs including the receptionists and cleaning services are friendly and patience towards the guests. They have always been so fast to help the guests. In the other hand, the facilities inside so far were good. All the facilities used high technology that makes the guests easier to do their daily needs like bathing for example. This was the first hotel we visited that has a washing machine and kitchen inside, because of this we were able to wash our clothes and cook frequently than go outside to buy one. Overall, this hotel is recomended and if by any chance we could go back to SuZhou, we will go back to this hotel."
