I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff and hotel management for the wonderful stay at Citadines Suzhou. This service apartment is conveniently located at YuJiaBang subway station and it’s about 3-4 stops away from the GuanQian Shopping street and other famous gardens. My family and I especially love the HeMa supermarket right beside the apartment and other eateries too

throughly enjoyed staying at this hotel! the suite was well kept and it was cozy! will definitely consider this place when i’m back 👍🏼

Overall is fine. The room is clean. But the lighting is not sufficient especially in toilet

I've booked two nights of family size apartment (which is really spacious and impressive with its views). Unfortunately, I had a fly in the ointment after the first night there. Receptionist called me at 2 o'clock and informed me, that it's time to check out. I was slightly puzzled and went downstairs to the lobby right after the call. They told me again about checking out, so I showed them my booking information, they also seemed confused and concerned. Fortunately, they solved this issue, but I'd say it's my first time to face such ridiculous issue, although they claim themselves as a 5 star hotel. I hope they'll improve their service and booking system.

Citidines Midtown is a reasonable budget hotel. There's a basic but functional service, I believe they do breakfast but I didn't eat there, theres a bunch of restaurants outside McDs next door and a couple of coffee shops. The hotel is part of a mall. My room was on the 25th floor, had a kitchen, TV, Bose sound system. All good, but the shower pressure was very weak and the whole place is dated and a bit worn out. For Business travelers on a budget, its fine and the location is good. If you like Chinese street food, there's a selection of vendors outside. The pool is swamped with kids during the holidays so don't bother with that. 6-7/10

Location was good. A lot of things to do in the area. We not thing is the water faucet was weak. Not a lot of water coming out. Also, it needed some deep cleaning. There’s a lot of stains in the bathroom walls and dust in the room.

Polite front desk staff. Helpful with queries. Facility location next to a metro station. Room spacious, gret for family.

Everything was perfect except for the swimming pool. I don't think the swimming pool is for guests. There were always children being taught to swim there. Always crowded with people from outside, from 6am to10pm. I was very disappointed with the swimming pool situation. However, the hotel was good. Very clean, spacious and the location is very convenient.

A huge room in a good location in Suzhou. Plan to stay again when we are in town. It is nice to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room.

Nice location near subway and city. No Swiming Pool . No Gym when we visited.

2 subway station were kind of far away. But soon, there will be a new station right beside hotel.

Good location , extra large rooms like 1 bhk apartment. Definitely worth staying , frontdesk is helpful
