Da hotellet lige har åbnet i et par dage, føler atmosfæren og alle faciliteter meget ny og frisk.Frue er en mester, virkelig god med mange valg af autentiske indonesiske lokale menuer.Hotellet er også meget barnvenligt, fordi der er nogle Legepladsfaciliteter, der gør børn begejstrede og føler sig hjemme. Der er en lille note til indgang:Værelsesudstyrstjenesten kan stadig være i den tidlige tilpasningsfase (f.eks. var der kun én tandbørste til rådighed i rummet først)og tv har endnu ikke brugt den smarte tv.Men det er meget forståeligt for det nyoprettede hotel, og det reducerer ikke vores komfort overhovedet.Det er meget tilfredsstillende og anbefalet!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The main advantage of this hotel is its strategic location. The room size is decent, the bed and pillows are soft, the Wi-Fi is smooth, and it has a clean smart TV. The downsides are that the parking area is quite far, and the staff's friendliness is lacking from the start; the security team wasn't very welcoming. Then, during breakfast, there were no staff members quick to clear dirty plates from the tables, so they ended up being moved to empty tables. I had requested a non-connecting room but was still given a connecting room. As for the breakfast, it tasted good, but it was just average, nothing exceptionally delicious."

"stay for a night during our transit in Surabaya — the room looks new, and very clean. didn't book the breakfast option as we are planning to leave early so we didn't try their food. The staff also friendly and helpful, the hotel is located at praxis building, we went with a car and the hotel will provide the free parking voucher on your check-in. Got few resto and circle-K as well on the ground level, so very convenient. will come back next time!"

"The hotel is located right in the heart of the city on the bustling Tunjungan Street, with restaurants, malls, and convenience stores all around – super convenient! It's a century-old building with a lot of character, definitely worth taking some photos. The room itself is quite spacious, but the facilities are a bit dated. It doesn't affect usability, though. Being an old building, it naturally feels cool; even without AC at night, it was quite chilly. Also, the slippers provided have very thin soles, so I recommend bringing your own. Service was excellent. We had to leave at 5:30 AM on our departure day, and after informing the front desk in advance, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us."

Alfian was especially helpful and shared recommendations on things to do in Surabaya, which I really appreciated. Chanif assisted with my luggage and kindly let me know that I could reach out if I needed any help during my stay. Edo and Putri at the restaurant provided pleasant and attentive service throughout.
