"Very good accommodation as always, although the living room furniture needed a bit of tlc. Also, the carpet was quite stained at the entrance to the main bedroom. The elevator was out of action for maintenance during our stay. Not a major problem per se, but we would have liked to have been informed prior to our arrival so that we could have carried out pre-arrival case load adjustment instead of having to struggle up 3 flights of stairs with very heavy cases. After emailing the management, they did then provide a porter for the penthouse residents (if required) for the rest of our stay. Our 14th visit and we enjoyed our time there - as always. However, we missed having one of the building managers to chat with at the beginning and end of our visit. We didn't particularly like the new (to us) impersonal external key collection system - especially as there was someone in the office when we arrived. Much improved internet speed now for any essential business comms."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Noosa FlashPackers. The location is great, and the hostel has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The small pool is a lovely addition for relaxing after a long day. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm, and having the shower and toilet inside the room (en-suite) was a huge plus. They also offer a really handy shuttle service and organize different activities, which definitely added a lot of value to the stay. On the downside, the breakfast provided is very basic and feels quite incomplete. Also, if you need to get things done online, keep in mind that the Wi-Fi is not the fastest. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to meet people and enjoy Noosa, despite a couple of minor flaws."

"Sundancer has a prime spot in Sunshine Beach because of its vicinity to restaurants, bars and public transport. Added to this are the views from the apartments, the cleanliness of accommodation and the outstanding customer service offered by the management team. No wonder I come back year after year! Highly recommended!"
Andari Holiday Apartments
"We booked two townhouses directly through the Andari website and received one confirmation email back in May with no more communication until two days before our stay in July. My mother in-law forgot she had booked and booked again but was refused a refund of the second booking. On arrival I had to follow up the agent to ask for the details to be allowed to enter the townhouse. The communication was terrible. A workman then proceeded to paint and repair the awning at the front entry of one of the townhouses and so we were stepping over drop sheets and through paint all week. The milk provided by the agent in the fridge was out of date. We mentioned all of this to the agent and there was no care taken to rectify the situation. I would not stay here again and if you choose to stay don't expect good customer service from the leasing agent."
