"I've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry. Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested."

"Many things in the room is broken, old, or rotten, especially the toilets and the towel. Firstly, the towel provided is very dirty, and looks like it is used as a floor mat. Are the towels washed together with the floor mat? So dirty! Better use your own towel. The towel is yellow, has dirty spots, and has a strange smell. Secondly, the toilets are very run down and long overdue for maintenance. The taps are chipped all around, the shower’s doors are broken, the shower floor is dirty and looks like breaking, the sink is cracked, water from the shower leaks onto the floor, the toilet door is broken and cannot open and close properly. Thirdly, the bedsheets are dirty and torn. It is very bad, and I could not sleep well the entire night because it is so dirty and dusty. This hotel is for you if you don’t mind using dirty or things that needed maintenance long time ago."
