"The room was small but well-equipped, and it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise ship pier. The castle and museum were just across the river; after crossing the bridge and climbing up the slope, you could reach them. The restaurant downstairs was highly recommended."

"Friendly staff and clean , fresh surroundings. I felt the mattresses on the bed in room 101 were either old or too soft, not sure which but very uncomfortable to sleep on. My room was otherwise immaculate. Attended a Ceilidh and meal and was disappointed to see paper napkins…maybe something to consider for the future. The meal was delicious"

"Friendly B & B ,well located in Stornoway. Stayed 3 nights as part of a Rabbie's Tour. My single room was small but cosy with great shower en suite and I appreciated the tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate and shortbread in the room. Lovely cooked breakfast, especially the Stornoway black pudding ,and very friendly service from both Lindas. It's close to restaurants,bars etc .Great base for a trip to The Outer Hebrides."

"Not an enjoyable visit. Only stayed 45 minutes before deciding to leave. Room was very dated. Needs a complete makeover from the wooden floor to the ceiling. Bathroom (shared) dated back to the 70's. No pre warning of the "big£ dogs the owner delighted in telling us about, in a menacing way. All in all, would not go back and would never recommend to anyone else. I value my friends too much!"
