"Although this is a new hotel, we had issues upon our arrival. The toilet in our room was clogged to the point that we couldn't use it. Unfortunately the hotel was completely booked so we couldn't get another room. Shelly was super about trying to fix the issue, and very apologetic about not having an alternative for us. After a night in a surprisingly soft bed, during showers in the handicap accessible shower, midway through the automatic light went off in the bathroom. A slight inconvenience for me, but probably more so for a person in a wheelchair! We asked for the manager to comp the the room, but there was no manager there, and we've not heard from anyone since. The rest of the hotel is nice, with outdoor seating and fresh modern spaces. I guess my advice is make sure toilets are in working order upon checkin!"

"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EVER! DEAD BUGS, FLYING INSECTS THAT LOOKED LIKE TERMITES. WE REQUESTED A NON SMOKING ROOM BUT CLEARLY IS WASN'T. HAD TO GO BUY AIR FRESHENER. POORLY LIT PARKING LOT. NEEDED TO PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH WITH THE OFFICE PEOPLE"
