"Vi har været meget godt! Personalet og ejerne tilgængelige og venlige. Opvarmet pool, eksterne og eksterne spil for børn virkelig godt lavet og velholdt. En aften arrangerede de i stedet for den normale middag en super grill af både kød og grøntsager, ost og gryde, typisk i området! Rumligt og komfortabelt værelse med en særlig seng til barnet. Vi ville have ønsket at være mere. Tak igen"

"Fantastic hotel!! Very clean, new, beautiful and smells amazing. Wonderful service at the reception. Breakfast was very tasty with choice of eggs.  Unfortunately, the breakfast service was inconsistent, incredibly friendly to others but not to us. :( Most facilities such as laundry and wellness end at 21:00. The sauna, steam bath and relax area in the wellness area were great. There was a farmer’s market at the square right in front of the hotel on both Fri and Sat when we were there in May. Free street parking in the evenings after 17:00 and on weekends after Sat, 12 noon. I would stay here again. Thank you very much for the lovely stay."

"My wife and I stayed for one night at this hotel as we wanted to explore Vipiteno city center. First of all, I walked in and didn’t have a reservation as I thought it’s better to check out the hotel before you book it. I liked that they have free parking but I didn’t like the fact that our room was looking over the next door cemetery and I was not told this by the receptionist Jennifer. She made us pay for the night upfront which I found strange but I didn’t mind as we were very tired. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed having our breakfast in the outside garden. Overall, it was not so bad and our room was ok."

"What a great place! Food & service was excellent. The place was very clean, and the pool, jacuzzi, climbing wall, etc were great for stretching and winding down after a days skiing. Massage was just right! Rooms were clean, well laid out and plenty of space. All facilities in the room were exactly as you would expect."
