"The hotel is ok but definitely overpriced. Booked for 5 nights and though the location is very good, the hotel is very average and not worth the money. You have to manually book for room service and there is NO air conditioner in the hotel rooms. Had to sleep with the window open while it was noisy outside. The duvets and pillows were super thin, had bad sleep throughout the nights. Book only if it’s in discount or something, otherwise you can book something better."

"A really nice apartment with private kitchen and bathroom. The room is clean and comfortable while enough space is provided for everything. It’s not far from the city center, which means each spot of interest is easily accessed to pedestrians. Strongly recommended to tourists who would like to cook some seafood by themselves."

"Very convenient, with a harbor view! Downtown is within walking distance, with many restaurants, but I recommend cooking yourself. You can find a Meny restaurant in about 7-8 minutes' walk; their seafood is pretty good, with various kinds of salmon, and their mussels are fresh! However, be careful with the facilities—I almost cut myself on a broken glass! 👄🙀"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, but the bus ride is uphill! Basically, everyone was exhausted, let alone dragging luggage! After finally finding it, I had no idea how to get in. They said they'd emailed me the day before, but all the instructions were in English, which I couldn't understand at all! After half an hour of this, I called Ctrip and finally got in! They gave me the password, but there was no elevator, so I had to climb four floors! I don't even know what to say! The hotel was also incredibly cold because they hadn't turned on the heating beforehand; it was freezing! The hot water in the shower was also insufficient; it was only lukewarm halfway through the shower! The kitchen had no oil, but there seemed to be salt, sugar, and pepper! The coffee machine was broken! It wasted a lot of my time using it! The dishwasher was also broken; it couldn't wash anything! Only the washing machine was working, and they provided one! Anyway, if you're carrying luggage, think twice before choosing this hotel!"
