"We stayed at Premier Inn Staines Upon Thames for a family trip to Thorpe Park, and honestly, the staff made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming, even during a full-on heatwave. The cleaning lady was brilliant. Our room was spotless every day, and she was so friendly whenever we saw her. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, super helpful and cheerful. And the breakfast team deserve a shout-out — they were fast, hardworking, and kept everything topped up even when it was busy. The WiFi was great, which was handy for planning our theme park days and keeping the kids entertained. Only two small negatives: • You can’t adjust the A/C, which wasn’t ideal in the heatwave. Staff did what they could, but it was still warm. • The bin liners are very thin, so they tear easily. Other than that, we had a really good stay. The staff were the highlight — they handled the heatwave like absolute stars."

"The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping mall! It's also close to the airport, only a little over ten minutes by car! The accommodation itself is great; the apartment is beautiful and clean 👍🏻 The host is wonderful, very responsive, and always willing to help 👍🏻 Check-in was easy with clear instructions, even though we arrived very late, we were able to get in and rest quickly 👍🏻 Highly recommend! We'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"4 different times I had to get into the flat for door lock wasn’t working and I had to call offsite staff to open the door and ever time it took 10/20 minutes and all this was for a one night stay  On the balcony there was a missing floor mat  Also on balcony is was unsafe to use because the building next doors roof had slates come off and they landed on the balcony,by the looks of it this has been there for some time"
