Between the birthday toast and the 30th-wedding-anniversary room welcome, you went above and beyond. This program is clearly in great hands. Staff & Service Highlights: Ivan (Front Desk/Reception): Ivan absolutely "has it." After an unfortunate mess I personally created at check-in, he treated me with total dignity, respect, and a fantastic sense of humor. Learning about his background made total sense. He bleeds hospitality and is a phenomenal leader and role model for the students. Huge thanks to him for a seamless room switch and the laundry support! Sara (Front Desk/Reception): Again, another polished, professional and SO NICE receptionist. I asked her is she had finished the program.
