"Top rooms lis literally rooms on the top. Amalija was a wonderful host. She communicates with whatsapp. Prior to checking in she made sure to communicate with me. I love the location as it is away from the crowded areas of Split, It is 2-3 minutes walking distance from the center. Do understand that this building is part of UNESCO heritage site, do not expect a lift. The stairs are do-able, its less stairs if you take them two steps at a time. It is not recommended for people with knee or back injuries. Just think of these stairs as your daily workout. The rooms were neat, has a bathtub jacuzzi and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place for those who aren’t afraid of a small workout."

"It is a beautiful, romantic, and above all, clean room. Upon arrival, the hostess was super friendly; we received a warm welcome. She took the time to get to know us and was interested in what we wanted to visit. She also gave good recommendations for fun things to do in the area. She was also flexible with the check-in time (we arrived early in the morning). The location is also great (a 5-minute walk to the center). Breakfast is at a hotel across the street, which is fine. You can park your car nearby (it is a busy place, but with a short wait, you can find a spot relatively quickly). In short, we definitely recommend this place!"

"Absolutely loved our stay. We cannot say enough good about this hotel. It was a fantastic experience. If you are worried about it not being in the middle of all of Old Town Split, that is part of the charm and why this hotel is the place to be. A quick an inexpensive Uber ride under 10 minutes and you are back in the middle of everything. It was refreshing to wake up without that hustle and bustle. The staff is phenomenal. The breakfast is an experience in itself. The beds were great. The staff, again, flawless. We can't wait to return."
