"This was a unplanned morning of stay booking that broke up a 6 hour journey. This pub stay was 2 hours from our destination. The Room is lovely, only down side is heat due to it being a hot day which isn’t the pubs fault. Unfortunately they have no availability on our return journey which we would have left our holiday a day earlier on the coast to have a return stop on the way home. Staff are lovely and food is great."

"What a lovely place and a welcoming and friendly couple who run it. I was let down very late at a different hotel and they were able to help me out late on. Rooms are lovely, the house is beautiful with lots of history, there’s parking available, it’s right in the centre close to shops and restaurants and the breakfast is excellent. I will return!"

"Woodlands hotel anmeldelser Vi bookede Woodlands som et sted for min mor 8217s 80's fødselsdag.Dette omfattede reservation af de fleste værelser til venner og familie til at blive over. Personalet på hotellet var fantastisk i hele, fra reservationen, gennem booking og tilrettelæggelse af mad og underholdning, hele vejen til at kigge efter os alle på aftenen af festen. Gang og hans hold kunne ikke gøre nok for os, lave mad til vores 60-gæster, skære og servere kagen, og holde baren åben indtil sent.Vi vil bestemt anbefale Woodlands, hvis du leder efter et feststed i Spalding."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at The Red Lion made all the more better by the friendly and welcoming staff. They were helpful, attentive and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. And, thanks Chef for a fabulous meal. The Red Lion does not do breakfast but in the rooms there is a microwave and toaster should anyone want to bring their own. However, if you don't want to do that, then go to the Coffee Lounge on High Street for a bacon buttie. Holbeach is a lovely town and a good stop off point en route to parts of Norfolk. "
