"Great hotel & beach front location. Very clean. Staff were helpful. Private parking available. Not the cheapest but that comes with Sopot (tourist destination). 15 minute walk into town. Lots of beach bars for snacks & drinks. We didn't eat so cannot comment on breakfast or restaurant though the menu looked good."

"Quite a find ! The Hotel is in a quiet cul de sac just one minutes walk from the main pedestrian street with its bars and cafes , about 5 minutes walk from the beach. We were on the first floor in the annexe, an apartment with a dining/kitchen/living room, compact bedroom and sep bathroom and a balcony over a garden Everything was clean and modern. The service, from reception, cleaners and room service was excellent and very friendly. The suite was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The breakfasts, served direct to the suite on the dot of when they were booked for, were excellent with just far too much food, all of it good ! The freshly baked bread was delicious. Highly recommended !"

Baltica Residence

"I definitely don't recommend staying at the Baltica Residence (BR) or Villa Baltica (VB). I've stayed at the BR several times in the past and found it to be a solid budget option. Unfortunately, these days, they should be avoided. I booked a Deluxe Room. Upon check-in, I asked if the room I was assigned matched my reservation. The receptionist confirmed it. Upon arrival, I found the room significantly smaller than advertised and lacked the additional two-seater sofa and table, which are standard amenities in this room category (I always chose a Deluxe Room at BR). Furthermore, the room was very dirty, and the bathroom radiator hadn't been wiped down in at least six months. After reporting the issue to the VB reception, I was informed that they were "slightly overbooked" and could offer me another room, even a higher category, at the Villa Baltica, a different hotel than the one I booked. I asked to speak to a manager, but the manager couldn't explain the situation. What's more, she tried to convince me that the lower-class room was essentially a Deluxe Room, minus the sofa. This was absurd. The front desk staff was rude and dishonest, which further worsened my stay. I ended up staying in a substandard Villa Baltica apartment. I strongly recommend against this hotel."

"Det værste sted, jeg nogensinde har boet.Hotellet med meget lav standard.Lejligheden var virkelig rummelig, men den var ubehøvet varm.Den er på loftet, på fjerde sal (liften når kun tredje sal). Ved temperaturer over 20-grader er luftkonditioneringen utilstrækkelig, hvilket gør rummet meget tørt.Desuden kan jeg omfatte et tøj, et stort soveværelse og et badeværelse udstyret med et badeværelse og bruser. Desværre er kvaliteten af færdiggørelsen meget tilfredsstillende.Ingen kaffefabrikant (kun Nescafe poser til rådighed) og kaffekop (kun to glas til vand).Der er ingen tv (ingen tv-kanal i soveværelset var til rådighed). Receptionen var uprofessionel og uprofessionel, absolut ikke på niveau med den forventede gæstfrihed.Da jeg ønskede at leje et bestyrelses- og jernhus, måtte jeg gå ned til receptionen, fordi ingen svarede på telefonopkaldet i fem minutter. Det viste sig, at receptionisterne var travle med at tale med hinanden, ignorere telefonopkaldet.Vi gik til hotellet, hvor servitørerne talte med hinanden, og for næsten et kvart kom ingen til os, selv om vi var de eneste gæster. Vi forlod restauranten, og vi forlod restauranten, og morgenmad er kaos, bordene er smuttede, disenterne er ubesmittet.Rummet blev ikke renset hele dagen, selv om der ikke var noget "forstyrrer ikke" kort på døren.Damer værelser er rummelige. Jeg respekterer potentielle gæster.Aldrig mere!"
