"Today, I was given the very best service from Dawa at the Mountain View Lodge in Lukla. On my way home after a 6 week expedition on the mountains, I needed a way back to Kathmandu urgently. Dawa spent the entire morning, carrying my expedition duffels to secure flight to Kathmandu. When weather changed, he arranged immediate refund and ran down to the helipad to secure me a discounted, shared heli to Kathmandu.
