The ladder to the loft bed fell off, and someone got hurt. The bread in the morning was absolutely filthy. There was feces in the elevator."

"Vi var en større gruppe og alle har boet på hotellet og spiset i aften i tårnstuen. Beliggenheden i byen var perfekt for os. Det var roligt, da i fodgængerzone, udsmid på Aareufer og de mange caféer stadig ikke langt væk. Vi spiste der om aftenen. Også det virkede smidigt. De portioner var godt målt og det smagte meget godt. Personalet var meget venligt. Også på morgenbuffeten manglede absolut intet. Vi var alle meget tilfredse. Værelserne var rent og bekvemt indrettet. Glædelig igen."
