"Just returned from a fabulours stay at the Alpengasthof. The hotel is situated immediately on the slopes a short drive up the mountain, perfect location for ski to and from hotel. The hotel is full of charm and exceeds all expectations of a mountain hotel. The bedroom was warm with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the slopes. The shower was amazing, one of the best. A bonus being able to park at the hotel. The holiday included breakfast and evening meal, both of which were lovely, breakfast included hot options, fresh bread, yogurts, cold meats, cereals and fruit, the evening meal was a four course meal with choice of main course, each dish was tasty. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome. We enjoyed skiing the Ski Welt, the slopes were well maintained and plenty of long challenging runs. We loved our stay and will be returning."

"Vores treværelse var meget behageligt, med en moderne gå-in-dusche.Den eneste mindre irritation er glasbaddøren.Soveværelset var altid varmt, men et åbningsvindue og balkon tillod adgang til frisk luft og udsigt over skiløbene. Maden var af fremragende kvalitet, med salatbar, starter, soppe, valg af 3-hånd, en ørken eller ost til middag.Drikkevarer er ekstra omkostninger, men personalet var smukt og husker vores præferencer hele ugen. Fruebuffet var også fremragende, med valg af græs, korn, yoghurt, koldt kød og ost samt kogte æg, bacon og sauce.Fersk brød og græs var særlig smagfuldt. Hotellet tilbyder også eftermiddagste med en dejlig række hjemmelavede kager og strudel til rimelige priser.En aften havde vi en galamiddag med flere kursus, og en aften var der ingen mad, og vi gik ud lokalt for pizza. Det gratis gulvbootværelse var virkelig behageligt, med en privat locker og boot varmere.Vi brugte spa, som havde brusere, damprum, sauna og vandsenge samt stue.Bemærk, at saunaen er nøgen.De fleste restauranter og butikker er kun kontanter. Den gratis skibussestop er lige uden for hotellet, hvilket var ekstremt bekvemt.Skidt kan opbevares i lejebutikken for ekstra gebyr.Løfterne og skiområdet var fantastiske.Vi blev kun begrænset af den enorme snefald i at gå videre på banen. Byen er en ti minutters gang ned ad bakken.Ikke mange butikker eller barer, men en stor spar på kanten af byen for eventuelle bestemmelser.Skidt i lokale butikker er meget dyrt.Ikke et resort for shopping eller natliv, men det egnet os som en familie."

"The location of the hotel was perfect for the view and the peace and quiet! The garden was perfect for resting and getting some sun. Lots of nice places to sit and have a drink and enjoy the afternoon snack. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are maybe old fashioned but very clean and comfy. We loved it!"

"Without doubt the Hotel Postwirt is absolutely superb. I normally wait to get home to write a review but on this occasion I just had to praise this gorgeous hotel and the staff whilst staying here. EVERYTHING about this hotel is excellent, the accommodation, the staff, the decor, comfort, amenities, breakfast (WOW), snacks & dinner are first class. I really cannot express enough how much I, my husband and our friends have loved our stay. What a wonderful find the Hotel Postwirt is. The cleanliness of the whole hotel is impressive. Honestly, anyone reading this review book yourself a holiday to the beautiful Soll and stay in the Hotel Postwirt. Fantastic!"

"The hotel did not live up to what we had booked, and we got the impression that they deliberately try to cheat and extract extra money from the guests. We had booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, we were given a room for 2 people, with two extra beds that barely fit in the room and were much too small for our children. After a long discussion with the hotel owner, we got the room we had booked (and paid for!!). The playground was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, but we did not expect it to cost 50 euros per day - it is not worth it! This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally, everything from Wi-Fi to bicycle parking and using the refrigerator costs extra money - things you otherwise expect to be included. We cannot recommend the hotel in any way."

"We recently stay at Haus Schroder for a ski trip and I will definitely return! The apartment is in an excellent location. Across the road has a large Spar shop and the ski bus leaves from close by. The apartment is in the centre of the village but is on a quiet street so no noise from local pubs etc. The apartment is a good size and has everything you would need. Excellently stocked kitchen. There is a good size separate bedroom with a wardrobe and drawers. And above the living room is a mezzanine area with two beds for the children. My little girl loved staying in the mezzanine area. The apartment has everything you need including towels and a hairdryer. We will most definitely go back!"

Situationen er unik, i rene og pænt indrettede værelser med panoramaudsigt over økse, kirken og den høje salve skal du føle dig velkommen. Den omfattende og regionale morgenbuffet, kager og kager i kaffe og den lækre menu om aftenen med meget venlig gæst bidrager til en vellykket ferie. Hele holdet opfylder alle ønsker, vi ønsker at fremhæve arbejdet i rengøringsholdet. Den store varme kunne klare sig godt på poolen og i saunaen. Hotellet kan og skal anbefale mere. "We spent a week in Söll and stayed at Hotel Alpenschlössl. The service was exemplary and professional. The hotel was traditional and comfortable. The food was all high quality and delicious, we dined for breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner most days and were never disappointed. The pool and spa amenities were great for adults and kids. Gave a nice relaxing way to spend end a day of outdoor activities. The room was spacious with a gorgeous sunrise view of the alps. The access to Skiwelt was great - the skibus stops at the hotel making skiing and going downtown seamless - just keep an eye on the schedule! We would stay again."

"I cannot imagine a hotel better than this in Austria! Stayed here a few times and it’s constantly evolving in good ways. Every year we stay you realise they are improving things for their guests. The afternoon ski snack was fantastic and very welcome after a day on the slopes. The entertainment was first class and I did enjoy a few Postwirt Martinis from the bar. Food in the restaurant was fresh delicious and there were choices for everyone! If you wanted you could eat Wienerschnitzel every night! Rooms were immaculate and freshened up every day to a high standard. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble to make sure you enjoy your stay with them. Honestly can’t think of a single, even slight crumble, apart from our stay going so quickly….. See you next year! x"

"I had a reservation for two rooms. When we arrived there was only one room available and the owner wanted to put all five of us in one large room with one bathroom, for the same price. He finally said we could get 15% off on food to make up the difference. This was just not acceptable. The rooms were prepaid and he refused to give us our money back. Fortunately, we booked through a third party and they intervened and we finally received a refund. If you have a reservation here it means nothing. Avoid this place at all costs."
