"Facilities: A beautiful hotel with pretty much everything you need. However, the shower pressure was very low, and if turned up to max, the water was scalding hot, making it impossible to shower. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The overall hotel environment is excellent, with its own private beach. Plus, the hotel offers direct access to Xcaret Park – you can walk in in just 5 minutes, as there are two entrances: one from the beach and one near the lobby. Very convenient. Service: All the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. We visited two parks, and the hotel package only included Xcaret tickets. I highly recommend Xplor, but you'll need to buy tickets at the ticketing office across from the lobby. The park has a lot of small animals, especially monkeys. One afternoon, I was taking a nap and was actually woken up by a monkey tapping on my window! I'd definitely go back again!"
