"From the moment we arrived to checking out this hotel experience was just faultless. All of the staff are happy, attentive and offer outstanding customer service. I have stayed in many high end hotels but nothing compares to my experience here. The rooms are lovely, clean and functional. Location was paramount for the view of the mountains and closeness to gondola for skiing. The food is excellent, varied and fresh. Again all the staff are happy and genuinely want to give you that special experience. We loved our stay and will not stay anywhere else from now on for our ski trips. Well done Piolets 👏"

Vi har brugt g hotellet i ti år nu og har aldrig haft noget at klage over, mad er meget god, værelser varme og rensede hver dag med friske håndklæder, hvis det var nødvendigt, 5 minutters gang til gondolen og fantastisk udsigt over avet løb."

"My wife and her friend arrived back from Andorra today. She described it as like FaWlty Towers. This is the e-mail sent to the tour operator, Leger Holidays: Together with my friend Mrs Celia Anderson I travelled to Haven of the Pyrenees beginning our journey on 29th June. It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. There was often no hot water availble to wash in the mornings and late afternoons. On one occasion there was no butter available for breakfast. They were feeding us on tinned pineapple, tinned peaches, tinned apricots and supermarket yogurts. The evening dessert was the same variety of sponge cake with a merely a different coloured topping each evening, The towels in our romm were not cnhanged throughout our holidays. There was only water or red wine available to accomapny dinner, if one wanted coffee, one had to go to the bar and purchase it. There was absolutely nothing to do in the way of entertainment in the eveing, either in the hotel or nearby. In truth we now realise that we were in the off-season period when to all intents, Andorra closes down. This was not explained either in the brochure, at the travel agents or by any other means. We feel that we were badly let down by Leger and will certainly not recommend your company to any other person. A copy of this will be sent to Thomas Cook and ABTA."

"Stayed for 4 nights over Paddy's weekend. Lovely apartment with accomadating staff. Code to enter the building, car park and room was excellent especially if arriving late a night. The apartment is a little walk down the hill from soldue village however the bus stops outside if you don't fancy the walk. "

Dusterne var altid varme, og halvbordsmenuen tilbød en masse sort – Salatstartere var især generøse og lækkere.Frue havde et fremragende udvalg. "I'm not really sure where to start! The hotel just left me lost for words. I would call hotel vall ski more of a hostel rather than a hotel. The room had mould on the walls, broken curtains, the door had a hole in it, the bathroom was still dirty and the beds were rock hard camp beds. Our room was above the kitchens and couldn't sleep due to the noise. A positive to the room was there was plenty of storage and the rooms were spacious. The food was a running joke on our coach trip, there was lots of food available from the buffet however very little was edible. The bar staff were non existent and when they did appear they couldn't wait to get back to their office, the beer turned out to be off so most of the coach party had to walk up the road to a petrol station to buy their own! I would not recommend this hotel and can not believe that ledger would use it as a main hotel on its tours!"
