"Nice stay in Sulden-in service, room equipment and internal communication there is still potential for improvement. The hotel is very beautifully designed, the main house is new and modernly built on an older part. We had the glacier suite. This is located in the old building, but is also very modernly furnished, especially the bathroom is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the balcony furniture is made of white plastic (!) and not suitable for the room price or the rest of the main house, it is always modern, high-quality balcony furniture. The food is at high level, and very varied. The roof terrace with the pools is also very beautifully designed. All staff is very friendly. We were served a welcome drink and the room was shown. Unfortunately, what all is included and how the lunch is going - we found it out ourselves. At the beginning, little was going on and the service was very good. From mid-week, more guests came to it and the hotel was nearly 50% expensive. From then, the service was worse (except in the bar) - there were wrong pre-foods and the previously selected could not be served anymore, the waiting times were increasingly longer, and suddenly all AI guests received a bill every morning. These have been served by us and other guests, and first it was explained that the drinks from the bar are not included in the AI (although clearly marked in the card!!) Then all AI guests were allowed to go to the reception every time, to let the bill delete(!). At demand it said that it should no longer occur - unfortunately it was from every day so... eventually here the internal communication should be improved. If this is set and the balcony furniture is exchanged everywhere, it would be top."

"Et ophold på dette hotel er uforglemmeligt i begyndelsen af Veronica og Simon, de lækre ejere. Bemærk altid de mindste detaljer for at gøre vores ophold uforglemmeligt. Meget komfortabelt hotel, værelse, swimmingpool, spa ..... alt virkelig meget smukt. Selv ejerens medarbejdere, alle drenge i stuen og baren, har vist kompetence og professionelhed ud over så meget venlighed. Tak til alle .... Vi ses snart 💞"

"Gruppeudgang, arrangeret ved e-mail, vi havde booket 6 værelser, kommunikationen i opadgående retning var meget flydende og hurtig. Når ankom på stedet, var ’ accueil perfekt. Aftensmad (inkluderet i prisen på værelset) var fremragende! Meget god buffet til morgenmad. Meget smukt fuldt renoveret hotel og værelserne tilbyder utrolig udsigt. Jeg har fundet min faldpunkt næste gang jeg kommer til Stelvio!"
