"This is a basic, no frills place4 star rating is misleading. My room stank with cigarettes quite badly. I asked for a new one but was told to come next morning. Breakfast is very basic, breakfast coffee from a machine is terrible, so I had to go and buy a cup from the bar which wasn’t much better but drinkable. Hotel Restaurant serves starter after the main and staff stared at me as if I was an alien when I refused to eat my starter for dessert. Ultimately, they didn’t care much what I was doing or eating as long as I paid for food. The waiter was standing right next to me typing translation in English that I had to pay but could take my meant-to-be starter away. How creative. This is certainly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. 2 stars only because I had a decent massage in the spa which as I understand run by a different company. Otherwise it is 0 stars. If you are not interested in massage, you’d better off staying elsewhere"

"The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there."

"I enjoyed staying in Bla-bla hostel. The hostel is located in a very convenient place: close to subway, cafes, parks, monuments and wide boulevards. It is kept clean and tidy. Very clean accommodation with enough facilities for a few night stay. I could see a beautiful sunset from the balcony.
