"This modern hotel is ideal for a short trip to Soest, directly at the train station, with its own large parking. In closed windows there is sufficient rest in the rooms. The rooms are tasteful and convenient, but also minimalistic (only soap, shower gel, oven). The historic centre is accessible in 10-15 minutes. The staff meet the guests very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is extensive and the price is absolutely satisfactory."

"We travel with dog. Great hotel with very delicious breakfast. We were there for dinner too, pricefully ok and delicious. The dog was allowed to go to the restaurant. There are enough outlets in front of the door. The bathroom was handicap-right, so everything was very large. We'll come back."

"Nice old workshop with great cozy public restaurant on the marketplace. Stored in the upper floors are 12 foreign rooms. My single room was quite freshly renovated (paper, tape, bathrooms) and in good condition. The old-fashioned people could sweat over old-fashioned tiles in the bath or blazing color on white lacked 80s wood-beds, but everything was clean and who feels better at ibis than in a family old town -host, will not book here anyway. The shower was only warm after 6 a.m., breakfast is available from 7 a.m. either (probably in better use) in my own restaurant or in the cafe near where I was: there some sterile restroom but ordinary 4 breakfasts to select and friendly service."

"Beliggenhed er top og værelserne er altid gode og meget rene. Vi har været her i årevis. Det er aldrig gået i stykker. Bare bemærk det, hvis det er varmt (sommer) så du smider din seng ud. Der er ingen aircondition, og det er virkelig en super manglende. I de kolde perioder er det meget godt at hænge. Godt tæt på centrum og altid parkere."

"The hotel on the wall, as the name says, is located on the wall outside the old town wall of Soest. The two-storey hotel building has a large garden in the street-related area that invites to stay. The room was simple and conveniently furnished, a small water bottle with two glasses was ready. The walls were relatively bright, so I heard the neighbors as he saw the furniture. :( A few minutes walk from the hotel is a bus stop from which the station is operated. The walk to the station along the city wall takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The small old town of Soest has beautiful renovated construction material and there are nice locals of former breweries."

"This was our third weekend at Deck 8, and as always, we felt completely at ease. The reception was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was quick. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully furnished, and despite being right next to the train station, they are remarkably quiet. The very comfortable beds are wonderful to sleep in, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety. We find the vending machines for drinks and snacks in the lobby to be a very convenient service if we get hungry or thirsty in the evening. We'd love to come back again and again!"
