"Really nice place - with great accomodation - Linen/towels changed every two days - very clean and quiet Rooms are decent size with fridge/ cooking equipment and safe Unfortunately we had a problem with the swimming pool for the second week. The first week the pool was crystal clear and very good- no one else using it so it felt like we were in a private garden. Overnight after a storm the pool turned green and murky. Depsite pointing this out to the reception nothing was done to sort this problem out for the last week of our visit so we had no pool at all. We did receive some refund but that is not the point. On a hot day you need the pool. I guess as it was comong up to end of season that they were just not going to bother to do anything about it"

"We had an amazing experience for the few days we stayed at the Avaton suites and villas. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated with the use of hot tub. Combined with spectacular views to the sea, in the middle of woods was exactly what we needed. But above all you could feel their hospitality. Eleni and her team worked hard all hours to make sure every wish was fullfilled. Quite often Eleni was thinking for us before we even realise we needed something. Her moto was 'just ask'!! It was our first visit to the island, will cherish all memories. Thank you!!"

Mandraki Village Boutique Hotel

"The hotel was really lovely, a small boutique hotel in lovely gardens, The rooms were large and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Stand out was Miranda who greeted you every day with a smile. The staff were very cheery until day 7 of our 9 night stay, don't know what happened but us and other guests noticed a change with them on day 7, suddenly although friendly were much more subdued and feel that something happened to them which was a shame. Lunch was great but have to say the one evening meal we had wasn't good, i ordered veal with mash, the veal fatty and the mash like water and when asked how was your meal didn't do much about it, gave me a glass of cheap house wine . Highly recommend this hotel but the reason we wouldn't go back is the area isn't a village, just a long busy road with tavernas by the roadside Buses into town were frequent and very busy, Halkadiki town fabulous"

"Located in the center of Skiathos but on a secluded street, the room and common areas are excellently cleaned. Towels and sheets are changed daily. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, convenient because coffee in Skiathos is a bit expensive."

"All members of staff are super friendly, the accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable with ceiling fan and AC. The rooms have automatic blackout blinds which enabled us to have the best sleeps ever! The two pools were just the right size with sun-beds available The breakfast was excellent and on the occasion we ate an evening meal the food was delicious It is in a quiet area but only 10mins walk from the centre of town where there is an abundance of restaurants, We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mystery Hotel to anyone that visits to beautiful Skiathos"

Maden er fantastisk på restauranten og også værelsesservice, restaurantpersonalet kunne ikke gøre mere for dig!Værelset er fantastisk, vi havde en privat pool oversigt over havet, og dette blev renset dagligt. Der er masser af ting at gøre omkring hotellet, og hotellet tilbyder også dagture til en god pris omkring øen.Generelt havde vi en perfekt ophold på Petra Nera og vil blive tilbage i fremtiden.Jeg vil anbefale dette hotel til alle! "My husband and I booked to stay at Niso Skiathos (a wonderful and professionally run family business) for a week in September and we were having so much fun we extended for another week! Niso Skiathos is hands down the place to stay at if you are planning to visit Skiathos. Walking distance to all restaurants, supermarket, the shopping areas, tourist attractions and the port. You can hire a car and bikes from the hotel at a very good price but we just used the bus. The bus stop is just a five minute walk from the hotel, if that! Now, as far as the Niso Skiathos goes. AMAZING!!! From the wonderful owners (Eleni and Dimitris) to the amazing staff we met (Panagiotis, Frida and Lira). They couldn't do enough for us. Always there if you needed anything and recommendations on beaches, restaurants and areas to visit. Ask them anything they'll help. I was looking for a specific glass for my friend, which I couldn't find in any shop and Eleni found one for me. Just brilliant service all round!!! As for cleanliness. Unbelievable! You can eat off the floors they are so clean. Every day they change your bedding and towels and the floors are spotless!! You also get a basket full of goodies, a bottle of large water, teas and coffee capsules every day. Yes, the basket gets refilled each day. Seriously, just ask them anything. They go way and beyond. "The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people."
