"Really nice place - with great accomodation - Linen/towels changed every two days - very clean and quiet Rooms are decent size with fridge/ cooking equipment and safe Unfortunately we had a problem with the swimming pool for the second week. The first week the pool was crystal clear and very good- no one else using it so it felt like we were in a private garden. Overnight after a storm the pool turned green and murky. Depsite pointing this out to the reception nothing was done to sort this problem out for the last week of our visit so we had no pool at all. We did receive some refund but that is not the point. On a hot day you need the pool. I guess as it was comong up to end of season that they were just not going to bother to do anything about it"

Villa Maraki

"Vi har boet i Villa Maraki et par gange, de sidste 2 år var ikke så godt som det første par gange.Vi havde imidlertid en smuk overraskelse, da den fantastiske Eva var i besiddelse.Vi mødtes med hende sidste år i et andet kompleks. Eva hilser os med hendes vidunderlige smil, vi havde kæmpe og fangede op på begivenheder.Der var en drink ved ankomsten, komplekset var rent og hele vores ophold Eva fortsatte med at tilføje mere med hendes personlige kontakt. Hun var chat, behandlede alle som enkeltpersoner og er en vidunderlig karakter.Hendes hjælpere var også meget venlige og hårdt arbejde.Jeg har aldrig boet et sted, hvor personalet har en så fantastisk arbejdsetik. Eva er en vidunderlig vært, værelserne er rene og hyggelige, og hun laver nogle søde snacks.Vi vil helt sikkert gå tilbage, især nu hvor Eva er der."

"Studierne er i centrum morgenmad og aften for restauranter og lokaler, de forskellige nå alle til fods. Værelserne er vigtige, men rene, strømforsyninger er 2 indgange jeg havde en phone med 3 indgange, som jeg ikke kunne bruge phone i udstyr er ikke dårligt. Der er en lille pool, som oftest er tilbudt af engelske, og som er velholdt og ren. I alt er den bedste kvalitetsforhold:pris"

Magic Hotel

"Well what a wonderful find - we stayed for 2 weeks and had one of the best holidays of our life. Ok, it may have a fair few steps but boy what a reward with the views. Every corner is spotlessly clean, staff helpful & friendly. The breakfast was perfect to suit most tastes and ‘ The View ‘ restaurant served Fabulous meals and free ouzo ! We stayed in June and there were plenty of sunbeds and reserving with towels is not allowed. Maybe would get a little short in peak season. The pool is large and just what you need after a trip into Skiathos town. If I had to find a fault it would be that there is a little traffic noise otherwise 10/10 ."

"Jeg (27) og min mor besluttede at tage en mor datterrejse til Skiathos og opholde sig i dette smukke hotel!Kan ikke fejle personalet på dette hotel.Alle så venligt velkommen og hjælpsomme.Især receptionspersonalet.Ethvert spørgsmål og de vil gladeligt hjælpe. Vi ønsker at hjælpe med at booke rejser/restauranter og generelle anbefalinger!De var mere end glade for at hjælpe og endda booke rejserne via der telefoner osv. Der var intet for meget problemer.Særlig tak til Evgenia, da hun var så smuk og hjælpsom. Hvis vi skulle sige noget for en potentiel forbedring, ville vi sige, at øl/lagre kun serveres i en valgmulighed.Vi ville ofte have en mindre størrelse eller endda en flaskevalg som Mythos. Vi drak heldigvis den større 1-størrelsesvalg (når på ferie 😉), men selv da blev den serveret i et varmt/normalt temperaturglas. Nu siger jeg kun dette, fordi det er et 5-stjernet lille hotel, og de fleste strandrestauranter serverer dem i kølige frosne glasser, så jeg tror, vi blev ødelagt og ønskede den samme service fra hotellet. Morgenmad var 10/10 (Jeg vil gerne have set hash browns men ikke slutningen af verden) og mad generelt 10/10.Alt andet såsom renhedsservice, underholdning osv 10/10! Vil 100% anbefale dette hotel for enhver, der ønsker at bo i Skiathos uden en skygge af tvivl! :)"

"Our room upon arrival was called a rear standard room , the room itself was okay but not great quality but its only for sleeping, that said the bathroom was small and poor , the shower had black mould all around, it leaked every time you took a shower flooding the floor , the sink had mould all around the sealant, and a broken sink. We booked half board ( big mistake ) please don't book this option, the service was poor even though we were the only people on half board , the menu choices were limited and remained the same all week , the standard of the food was poor, overcooked and reheated, so we exchanged the evening meal for lunch time snack menu which was limited , so we ended up eating out or eating the same thing every day , this reflected on the fact that no one ate at the hotel and it was very quiet , lesson learned . The staff were super friendly so no complaints there however they forgot frequently your order so having to chase which is comical as no on ate there . I would not return but the location was ideal and i would return to the Island , i cannot understand however that it has been given 4 rating, i would class this hotel more like a hostel and 2-3 rating at the most ."

Mandraki Village Boutique Hotel

"The hotel is nicely laid out with accommodation in beautifully kept grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view. The pool was small but sufficient for the number of guests. The breakfast was good and the cocktails were fantastic. But be careful with the bar bill as we had an unexpected bill for €75 at the end of our stay. The choice of restaurants nearby was good and the bus service was excellent to go into Skiathos Town. We booked a boat trip through the hotel but when we got there at the designated time, the boat had already left! We went on another trip so got to see more of the island."

"The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people."

Asteri Studios

"The room was dirty and smelly. Inside, it wasn't like the photos at all. The bed and pillow were incredibly uncomfortable. I'll never stay here again. The conditions were truly awful, something I've never seen before. Think twice before booking."

The Water

"Beautiful boutique hotel built into a rock on the water of the old port of Skiathos. You can ask the manager anything, and he will answer very quickly. My trip was just before the season so the cocktail bar and restaurant next door were closed. From the balcony you have a view of Bourtzi, definitely recommended to visit or have a drink. Housekeeping every day, coffee on the ground floor and free toiletries such as a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and more. Highly recommended! When you close the windows and doors you really notice how soundproof the room is!"

"Overall it's pretty good. The location is very good. It's right next to the pier. It's clean and well cleaned every day. There's a refrigerator and two bottles of free water. The bathrooms are branded and the air conditioning is good."
