"We are just on the way back to the airport and already discuss when to come back. This hotel exceeded all our expectations! True Luxury for the soul- would highly recommend to anyone who has very high standards re food/ location/ spa/ atmosphere/ drinks/ ski slopes or all of the above ! The quality of everything is very high- super comfortable rooms/ common areas with fantastic attention to details. Lea and family really made it a very special place for people to visit. Special mentions to Ravi, Dionis, Monica, Antonio and of course Lea & Simon ! This is the place not only to unwind but also treat yourself for an incredible food- the kitchen team and the Chef delivered absolutely magical experience! Pool, saunas, aroma room, relaxation area, massages- superb ! My soul is already missing this spot ! We are keen skiers, so can attest that the hotel is very well located- you walk 2 minutes to lift Seiser Alm That takes you to a huge range of lifts and slopes . Although super close to the slopes, you beat the busy crowds so works perfectly (we left skis and boots on the mountains at a locker). Thank you for everything!"

"Marvelous. Check-in from 2pm and instead the room was ready at 9am. We also immediately made use of the breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness, if we left the dog in the room the receptionist had it cleaned while we had breakfast on the terrace (you can bring the dog on a leash). Super view from the Garmisch suite (second floor) on the San Valentino church. Breakfast with a wide choice, sweet and savory, lactose-free and soya-free products available, eggs cooked in all ways. Maximum availability for advice on trekking and restaurants (we were all satisfied with both the food and the location). Washing machine and dryer in the basement (perfect because they don't disturb) completely available to customers free of charge. Mini fridge in the room, silent. Covered garage, cars always in the shade. Well done, special thanks for the dog sitting service for a sudden problem!"

"Vi har været en nat på Floris Green Suites og hvad siger, værelset er fantastisk! Sauna i værelset er klasse touch af dette sted, for ikke at tale om badeværelset på balkonen. Det eneste synd er de fælles områder: middag og morgenmad serveres i det fælles område med hotel Florian; et så smukt værelse fortjener et så smukt område til middag og morgenmad. "Very good cuisine with a great antipasti buffet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location. The ski bus stops right outside. Unfortunately, the rooms (comfort double rooms) were of the standard of a youth hostel, very spartan and uncomfortably furnished for a high price. The sauna area also leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, unfortunately, the room furnishings mean that it is not good value for money!"
