"When we arrived at La Paula, our stay exceeded all our expectations and it was perfect for a family stay. The room was very spacious and plenty of room for myself, husband and 1 year old daughter. The breakfast was amazing, the selection was delicious and there was even an a la carte menu that you could order from to have a dish freshly cooked. The staff were amazing too, so accommodating and friendly. La Paula amenities had everything you can ask for. The Wellness area was the perfect place to decompress and relax after a day of exploring. The apartments were also in a great a location. We were super close for exploring the famous Alpe Du Suiss spot. Thanks for everything again, we will be back very soon!"

"We had an incredible stay at the Waldrast! We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the Schlern. Great service from the moment we arrived. Luxurious room with amazing bedding (one of the best I have ever experienced), Large bathroom with shower. Soft bathrobes and slippers are provided. During our stay in August, the mountain air was fresh and made the room comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - great buffet and we were able to order eggs a la carte. Dinner with our half board was a 4 course meal with a menu that changed daily. A salad buffet was also available, with excellent choices. The service in the restaurant was always attentive and exceptional."

"We are just on the way back to the airport and already discuss when to come back. This hotel exceeded all our expectations! True Luxury for the soul- would highly recommend to anyone who has very high standards re food/ location/ spa/ atmosphere/ drinks/ ski slopes or all of the above ! The quality of everything is very high- super comfortable rooms/ common areas with fantastic attention to details. Lea and family really made it a very special place for people to visit. Special mentions to Ravi, Dionis, Monica, Antonio and of course Lea & Simon ! This is the place not only to unwind but also treat yourself for an incredible food- the kitchen team and the Chef delivered absolutely magical experience! Pool, saunas, aroma room, relaxation area, massages- superb ! My soul is already missing this spot ! We are keen skiers, so can attest that the hotel is very well located- you walk 2 minutes to lift Seiser Alm That takes you to a huge range of lifts and slopes . Although super close to the slopes, you beat the busy crowds so works perfectly (we left skis and boots on the mountains at a locker). Thank you for everything!"

"I had an extremely upsetting experience at this hotel. During my stay, my diamond bracelet went missing from my room, and despite reporting it to the hotel, the situation was not handled with the seriousness or urgency I would have expected. There has been a total lack of accountability and follow-up from the management. Guests travelling with valuables should take extra precautions. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed my stay."

"The location of this hotel was excellent! We were in the Dolomites specifically to hike and we were able to easily walk to the cable car that brings you directly up to Alpe di Siusi and start hikes right from the hotel. The room was lovely with plenty of room to unpack our stuff. We had breakfast here each morning with the option of eggs or pancakes from the kitchen and we had an excellent dinner at the hotel one evening. Overall Waldrast Forestside Living is a great choice to base yourself for a trip to the Dolomite region, we would definitely stay again in the future!"

"A place that makes you feel like home: luxury yet cozy, with everyone so easygoing. Walking distance to Seiser Alm ski station, flexible lunch hours, and an all-inclusive formula with great drinks. Every detail delight the senses: the spa, the bathtub in the room, the motivational messages at breakfast, the unique scents in each space. Our last dinner? Absolutely Michelin-worthy: saffron risotto with shrimp and the most perfect beef filet. Not to mention the soul warming soups we had everyday!!"
