"We stayed at La Paula for our honeymoon, and it was a perfect experience from the very first moment to the last. Right at check-in, we were welcomed by Manuela from the front desk warm, smiling, and incredibly friendly. Throughout our entire stay, the team pampered us and took care of everything we needed. Even the manager personally made sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. The hotel itself is perfect: clean, warm, and beautiful. Our room was spotless and felt brand new. And the view simply breathtaking. The entire staff was lovely. We asked for help with one small thing, and the team member we approached remembered it and took care of it within a short time. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the whole team. This was our honeymoon, and thanks to them, it was especially sweet. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at Sensoria for a week in July, it was a really great stay. It was very relaxing, but also exciting. We were able to relax in the pool at the hotel and also experience a bit of adventure through well-balanced tours. The food was very good, and the all-inclusive offer was particularly pleasant. Not only food, but also drinks and wine are included. Overall, it was a relaxing and lovely holiday here, we would love to come again! PS: Ravi is the best and nicest barkeeper there!"

"The location is stunning and the rooms themselves are spacious and modern, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star mountain hotel. Since Blu Hotels took over, it feels more like a chain operation than a welcoming mountain retreat. The service lacks warmth, the food feels generic rather than authentic, and some of the “rules” (like having to pass through the dining room to reach the pool or being charged for tap water) make little sense. It’s a shame because the potential of the structure is huge."

"We stayed in this beautiful suite with a private sauna and balcony. The food was excellent, alot of choice for vegetarians, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our bikes in the garage, where there is also a power supply."
