"Vi blev i Castello Boutique Resort & Spa i 8 nætter i juli efter at have tilbragt en vidunderlig ferie sidste år på det modsatte hotel, Castello Boutique Suites ved havet.Ved vores ankomst blev vi velkommen med ægte varme og venlighed. Hotellet selv er smukt, stilfuldt, ren og har en afslappende atmosfære.Det, der virkelig gjorde vores ferie uforglemmelig, var imidlertid det fantastiske personale.Alle var utroligt venlige, opmærksomme og altid klar til at hjælpe med et smil. En særlig tak til Dori, Jennifer og Balazs, der hver dag fik til at føle sig særlig.Balazs'Piña Colada er simpelthen den bedste i alt Sissi!Mange tak for din venlighed og gæstfrihed! En af de fremhævelser, vi havde i vores ophold, var det fantastiske underholdningsprogram.Vi elskede, at der var noget sjovt at gøre hver dag, ikke kun på vores hotel, men også på de andre Castello hoteller. Vi nydte især aquagymnastik, Cuban Night, Världsdanser, vinmagning og mange andre aktiviteter.Alt var meget velorganiseret og af en meget høj standard. En særlig tak til Yasmine, hvis entusiasme og positiv energi fik alle til at føle sig velkommen og inkluderet.Der var aldrig et dumt øjeblik under vores ophold. Beliggenheden er også perfekt, kun en kort gåtur fra den charmerende havn og den smukke landsby Sissi, hvilket gør det nemt at nyde både det fredelige hotel og den lokale atmosfære. Mange tak til hele Castello-holdet for at gøre vores ferie så mindeværdig.Vi anbefaler dette hotel meget til alle, der leder efter en ekstraordinær service, fantastisk underholdning og en afslappende ferie i smukke Kreta."

"Bliv i uge 2 af os.Havde værelse med haveudsigt 357.Smukt stort værelse med 2 balkoner.Receptionspersonalet er fantastiske især Alexandria og Constantine kunne ikke være mere hjælpsomme og altid et smukt smil! Ervis og Marie er også søde i restauranten intet for meget problemer og igen meget velkommen.Alle personalet er søde.Hotel pool altid meget ren og masser af solskin og broller. Var bekymrende efter at have læst nogle dårlige anmeldelser, men behøver ikke at være bekymret!Vil helt sikkert vende tilbage"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mila Malia Studios Hotel!! Our room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We thank you wholeheartedly for the experience!"

"We had a beautiful room with a pool and sea view. Very clean, with everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and warm. The restaurant was really good, with a wide choice of food. The staff were extremely welcoming. We had the chance to go to the spa, and there too we had a lovely time. We rented a car through the hotel, and the person who helped us was very welcoming — everything went smoothly and easily. A special mention for Mary and Mohamad, who welcomed us so, so warmly from our very first visit to the restaurant, and every day after that, morning, noon, and evening."

"The place is nice, close to the sea in a quiet town, and the massages at the Aegeo spa are GREAT. So are the workers. Sofia at the spa reception helped us to manage a rental car repair while Vicky was taking care of us in a royal way (If usually you are disapointed when asking for a strong massage, here you will be happy). I'm not often writing reviews, but this massage deserve 5 stars. And overall the hotel is very cool, good food and nice people."

"Just back from a 10 day stay, overall, this is a great hotel and I would definitely love to return. The location suited us well, just on the edge of the village about 10 mins walk to the centre but with a supermarket and few bars/restaurants close by. The hotel is very well kept, gardens are lovely, pool areas clean and sun loungers comfy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere around the pools. We were B&B and the breakfast was good, the orange juice was lovely, not the watered-down rubbish you get in some places. The only thing that was a bit hit and miss was the cleaning, the cleaners were lovely but I’m not sure if we had someone new as we weren’t left water on quite a few days (we weren’t sure if it should have been left or not), we were only left a loo roll a couple of times and had to go hunting for the cleaner or the trolley to get some on several occasions. We didn’t use the pool bar as it was quite expensive, we nipped next door to the Alexandros for lunch a couple of times which was half the price. The only other small(ish) negative was we realised on the last day that the safe was not actually screwed down, if anyone decided to break in they could have easily took it with them. We were in block 3, the rooms are sea view which is great but in the late afternoon and evening we found the balcony too hot to sit out having a sundowner, some chairs at the rear of the block would be useful for a bit of shade I think, just a suggestion! As I said we think we will return at some point due to the location, setting and course the staff who were all lovely and welcoming."

"We primarily chose this hotel due to the previous excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. After spending a week at the Alexandros Hotel, we can happily say that all our expectations were exceeded. From the moment we arrived at 2:00 am in the morning to the day we left, we were treated as valued guests. This family run hotel offers a warm welcome, great amenities and delicious (and plentiful!) food. All the staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and our room had a daily housekeeping service and comfy beds. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of sun beds and parasols, with the pool bar being really convenient, offering a wide variety of drinks and food at very reasonable prices. A short stroll into the centre of the village, the hotel is well positioned to explore the delightful fishing village of Sissi. Thank you Paul, Maria and family for a wonderfully relaxing stay; like many other reviewers and other guests we met whilst there, we will certainly be returning."

"Angela Suites is in an ideal location to enjoy all the local restaurants and cocktail bars in Sissi. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We didn't have an evening meal in the restaurant but lunchtime drinks and food was good and reasonably priced. I found the breakfast very repetitive, the fresh fruit salad never varied, I never saw a grape, apple or any berries in 14 days. There was the usual self service hot food section, toast, croissants, greek yoghurt but no cooked to order egg station. Other guests were permitted to smoke on the edge of the breakfast area and of course, smoke travels! It was the same round the pool. As far as the hotel, I believe the only reason it is classed as 5* is because of the onsite spa and gym. The communal areas were 4* at best and our Junior suite room with balcony was more a 3/3.5*. The bath area is very dated with a shower over the bath and a shower curtain. I can't remember the last time I saw one of those! The bed is memory foam and comfortable and our sheets were changed every couple of days. Although the towels were thin, they were nice and white and changed daily. Because this is classed as a 5* hotel, the daily tax is €15. The hotel also has an apartment block, steps away and the guests are able to use all the facilities of the hotel, the tax for the apartments is only €2 daily. I have given this a 4 out of 5, but my true rating would be 3.5 out of 5. We did enjoy our stay in Sissi, it is a very pretty town but unfortunately I probably would not return to Angela Suites."
