"Everything is fine."

SpringHill Suites Franklin Mint ★★★

"The hotel is in a very good location. When you go out and walk back, the outlet mall is opposite to the right front, which is about five or six minutes' walk away. The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the shower faucet is not easy to adjust to the hot mode, but overall it is good and it is very convenient to call a taxi."

"The owner is the rudest person I ever met. We were visiting my sister, a paying guest, and I took her kids and my granddaughter to the pool. He came out screaming at the kids he was going to call the cops bc my 12 year old who was not a guest was in with the paying guests. Unbelievably disgusting behavior....Never stay here. He was willing to scream at amd threaten 3 children ages 8, 11, and 12, because thwy had a guest with them. Not a CHOICE hotel."

"We have been coming to this Hampton Inn for years to attend the Ky. Downs races. The staff has always been awesome, and the hotel is clean and neat. Normally, I would give this 5 stars with the exception of an incredibly rude manager named Crystal. I was shocked at how rude and inappropriate she was. We came with a large group, and our rooms were booked for two nights, but under different names. When we arrived the first night, we explained this to Crystal and asked if we could keep our same room for the next night. She was rude and dismissive. It would have been ok if she had been polite and explained that because the rooms were booked under different names, she couldn’t do it. Instead, she barked at us, made us leave and check back in later. We have been Hilton Honors members for decades and have never been treated so badly. Crystal needs to go."
