"The hotel has a beautiful location, and the staff are helpful and polite. However, I think we happened to be there during a renovation period :) It seems the hotel urgently needs renovation. Because the number of guests is low, I think there's a heating problem in the common areas, including the rooms. I hope it will receive the recognition it deserves with a good renovation soon. It's in the center of Şile, overlooking the Ercan stream on one side. I think the pool would be enjoyable in the summer. But don't forget to ask if renovations have been completed before you go. Thank you for everything."

"We stayed for one night on our day trip. The location was nice and close to the beach, but I can't say the same for cleanliness; there were crumbs from previous guests on the tables. The bed, although a double, was small and uncomfortable. The toilet constantly leaked water, and the noise every time it flushed was very disturbing. When we used the jacuzzi, a foul odor emanated. The breakfast was above average. I wouldn't recommend it for stays longer than one night."

"We stayed in 2 rooms as a family. Cleanliness, service, support, location, room size, etc. were 10 out of 5 stars. Breakfast was amazing, it is very rare to find something so delicious and filling. Many thanks to Mr. Furkan and the whole family, well done! Missing: Air conditioning (!! important), hanger behind the bathroom door (for towels), a shelf under the mirror above the bathroom sink and at least 2 glasses in the room (even paper cups would do)."

"Hotellet er et sted, men det er et godt sted, og vi har et rum med en del af rummet, og det er et stort og udsigtsmæssigt *** kød nok, hotellets generelle problem med rengøring og udformning af værelsesindvendige ting. "We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. I think the hotel was beautiful, we broke a little points only because of environmental factors. The road is very bad, not about them, of course, but we really think the position is important. The room was beautiful only outside looked very much inside the room and there was no place to put toilet paper. We were not eating so we have no comment on the food. I think we'd stay here again if we go to the Ağa again."
