Facilities: A kettle is available upon request; a small refrigerator is in the room; mosquito coils can be obtained from the front desk. 3. Room: Double bed + single bed, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel in packets, towels provided. 4. Environment: Overall quite nice; there are many restaurants on the next street. Room service must be requested daily, otherwise towels will not be changed. 5. Breakfast not included."

" Jeg har boet sammen med en af mine venner i denne lejlighed i en nat. Billederne afspejler ikke virkeligheden, da der er både værelser og lejligheder. (Vi blev ikke engang klart informeret om indgangen, ejerne ikke svarede) Vi havde ja privat badeværelse, men blind og med bruser i midten af rummet, hvis du er højere end 175 du er svært at vaske dig. Desuden var brusebadet løv, og den anden seng i lejligheden var for tynd til at blive betragtet som en madrasse. "The manager was completely absent. The first room he gave us was unusable due to the terrible smell. In the second room he offered us, the biggest inconvenience, in addition to the smell, was the cold, the heating was off, and the room had a 15* rating. I do not recommend booking at this run-down property with an absent and unprofessional manager. We didn't stay, we lost the money for the reservation, but we went to another property."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here two nights in late November. Communication before the stay was great and so kind. On arrival, we were given a tour of the basement where there is a simple continental breakfast every morning. The hotel feels brand new on the interior and they have done a wonderful job of interior renovation, very tastefully done. We requested a lower room so only had to walk up 15 steps. The room is typical European small but very comfortable. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was modern and nice. There was exposed beams and brick on the ceiling. Just a lovely room overall. Service was outstanding in every way. We particularly interacted with Felicia who is an absolute gem and could not do enough for us. We also interacted one morning with Marco who was also super nice. All restaurant recommendations were exceptional. The location is great, less than ten minute beautiful walk down the main shopping/restaurant street to the Campo. There is an observation room on the top floor with places to sit and a beautiful view on all sides. Since we were visiting in the off season, the room rate was an absolute bargain. I would happily pay twice as much for this exceptional accommodation. In our two week vacation to Italy, this was the best place we stayed, especially considering the room rate. I cannot recommend Hotel Torre del Fuggisole more highly."
