"The staff make this hotel they are so friendly and can’t do anoth for you yes the hotel rooms are dated but clean always hot water we were at the back of the hotel the balcony is shared you have your own section not very private but the room had air con and bed comfortable the pool area was lovely and right on the beach the pool bar did lovely food can recommend the gyros and Alex is a laugh the down side is breakfast poor quality your only aloud 2 items sausage but the omelette are nice cold selection poor no fresh bread but apart from this everything was spot on entertainment during the day and the cocktail bar was lovely at the front of the hotel and it in a great location"

"Very Disappointing Stay – Not the 4-Star Holiday We Booked We recently stayed at Corfu Akron Seascapes Resort and unfortunately our experience was nothing like the holiday that was advertised. We booked this hotel because of the facilities and four-star rating, but several advertised features were either unavailable or very different from what we expected. There was no children’s buffet, no playground, and we were informed shortly before travelling that the à la carte restaurant would not be available. One of our biggest concerns was that people who were not staying at the hotel appeared to have access to the pool area, toilets, showers and sunbeds. As paying guests, this meant it was difficult to find sunbeds, and we never felt comfortable leaving our belongings unattended. As for parents, with children this also made us feel uneasy about children’s safety. Anyone can wonder around. Cleanliness was another major issue. The public toilets were often dirty, some locks didn’t work, and there were maintenance issues such as sinks coming away from the walls. Around the pool there were cigarette ends, rubbish and general debris. We asked for the area to be cleaned, but nothing was done, so we ended up cleaning around our own sunbeds ourselves. The management was also disappointing. We witnessed a heated argument between the daytime manager and a member of staff in front of guests, which felt very unprofessional. When we raised concerns about people using the hotel facilities without being guests, we felt our complaints were not taken seriously. The interaction left us feeling uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. The food was repetitive and below the standard we expected from a four-star all-inclusive hotel. Drinks were also disappointing, with many premium options not included. Overall, we left feeling that the hotel did not match the description we booked through our travel company. We appreciate that hotels can change over time, but we believe guests should be given an accurate description of what they are paying for. Sadly, this holiday did not provide the relaxing family break we had hoped for, and we would not choose to stay here again. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The location itself is lovely, but the hotel did not live up to its advertised facilities or four-star standard. We hope the management addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience."

"Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect, near enough to the main strip but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle in the night. The main reason for the 5 star rating is most definitely George and Mary who are without doubt the best hosts I have ever encountered. My partner had visited before so knew them very well, I was greeted as if I had known them for a long time too which kicked the holiday off for me in a very positive way. They literally can't do enough for you which is by far better than any 5 star hotel I have ever encountered. The apartments are cleaned daily and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, all apartments overlook the pool and come with their own balcony too. Loved the place so much we've already booked for another stay in September."

Maria og Yiannis har sat deres hjerter ind i dette sted, og det viser, at der er kunstige kontakter og overvejede detaljer overalt, hvor du ser ud. Velkommen var varm og generøs, øllet serveres is (meget værdsat under en varmebølge), og den græske hvidvin, de serverer, er så frisk og kryb, jeg planlægger allerede, hvordan jeg kan importere den hjem. Jeg vil sige følgende: Jeg tror, at nogle negative anmeldelser skylder ejerne ting helt uden for deres kontrol - mosquitos, varme, strømnedskæringer.Det er virkelighederne i et varmt land under en varmebølge, ikke en afspejling af værtsernes pleje eller indsats. Et lille medfølelse går langt.Et par tips, hvis du besøger: At komme rundt - leje en motor eller bil til at udforske ud over Sidari. Jeg gjorde det til Kassiopi i dag 8211; bemærkelsesværdigt mere opmarked og poleret sammenlignet med Sidari s lay-back strand-bum vibe, men begge er værd at opleve. Gym - For en ægte lokal oplevelse ramte lokale hot spot Runners Gym, det er ca. 20min gåtur fra Villa del Sol, så gå tidligt før dagen varmer op (åbner 9am).Hver uge passer kun EUR25 eller EUR7 per dag. Spise og shopping - Villa del Sol sidder ved den stilleste ende af Sidari, med store spisesteder og supermarkeder inden for en 5–10 minutters gang.Elysee er i øjeblikket min yndlingssted. Selv Carrefour Express drives af en, der virkelig er stolt af sin butik, nektariner er ekstraordinære, og der er en smuk økologisk butik lige rundt om hjørnet for madlavninger, gaver og vegansk chokolade kaldet Bio Harmonia. Bonus, hvis du er heldig, kan Maria hente dig friske figner fra hendes træ.Og selv hvis ikke, kører en frugtbil to gange om dagen uden for Stemma Hotel.Kerker skal ikke gå glip af."
