"Min kone og jeg opholdt os i dette hotel i 11 dage, i slutningen af oktober 30, 2024.Kort sagt, vores forventninger var dramatisk overskredet.Tjenesten fra personalet er ud over alt, hvad vi har set fra ethvert hotel i verden. Det er særligt bemærket, at Ujera og Girma fra ledelsespersonalet for fødevaretjenesterne og Getu i frontlobbyen.De bad os om særlige anmodninger og efterlevede dem hurtigt.De ville have os til at føle os hjemme og gjorde alt, hvad der var muligt for at få det til at føle sig sådan. Maden er god, alt arbejdede (varmt vand, toilet osv.), som er sjældent i Etiopien, og dens stilhed.Vi brugte deres udendørs patio meget og blev hurtigt serveret en macciato hver morgen.
