"The room was small and not cleaned (there were spider webs), and the hair dryer in the room was old and took 30 minutes to dry! There were no amenities, but toothbrushes etc. were available at the front desk, but when the front desk closed at night, the toothbrushes etc. were taken away (lol) - so stingy! The water in the bath was turned off and not circulated, so it was dirty! For dinner there was nothing cooked and there was nothing to eat, which was disappointing! We stayed for several nights, but the same menu was served every night for dinner - disappointing! There was nothing to eat at breakfast - disappointing, the same menu every morning! This is the lowest rank even in the holiday village! There is no hospitality towards the guests! There is no such thing as the worst accommodation! They should improve"
