"房間衞生設施環境都還可以，性價比挺好。但是，服務水平實在有待提高。 首先，房間裏衹有兩瓶水，兩個人不夠喝。第二次打電話才送來。我説多拿幾瓶，但是衹給兩瓶。我明確説拿四瓶，依然還是給兩瓶。反正不嫌麻煩，我就多打電話。第二天早上，我跟服務員説，今天麻煩在我房間放四到六瓶水。其中一個服務員以為我走了，用很不屑的語氣重複説，還四到六瓶水。另一個發現我還站在樓道，趕緊説沒問題。 第二，我想電腦連WIFI，電話前台要問名稱和密碼。她居然反問我牆上貼着有，怎麼自己不看。我説沒有，她説那就在門口的託盤下。我看了還是沒有，又打給她問。有這時間第一次直接告訴我多好！（房間我拍照了，你們可以自己看哪有密碼！）我很少在攜程寫這麼多留言，此次就是感慨頗多。我的家鄉，希望酒店服務業的水平能夠更上一層樓！"
