"The room was totally different from the pictures. I was shocked when I entered. I didn't know whether I went to a hotel or a spa. The next day, I negotiated with the owner to check out for this reason. The owner still charged the original price of over 400 per night for the first day instead of the average price of 390 for two days. Moreover, he didn't tell me in advance that there were two beauty beds in the room, which made people very uncomfortable. As we arrived late and had children with us, we reluctantly stayed in the room. This room did not match any of the photos shown. I didn't ask for anything else, but just hoped to be charged 390, the average price of 780 for two days, but he refused. I really feel wronged but can't say it. I can only warn others to be careful when booking!"

"Had to change hotels at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and chose Atour. I received a thoughtful welcome message right after booking, which was a nice touch. I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM and checked in smoothly. The bedding was comfortable; in fact, the pillow was so good I ended up buying one! 😊 During my stay, there was a brief power outage, possibly a circuit trip, but it was restored quickly. I also ordered the 'Pillow Fragrance for Sleep' service in the evening, and it smelled wonderful. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a very satisfying stay."
