"This hotel is probably one of the best in Shaoxing. It's a beautiful, quiet garden-style hotel with an excellent location – a peaceful oasis in the city center. It's about a 10-minute walk from City Square Metro Station. I booked a double room in Kuaiyuan, and the front desk upgraded me to an elegant room in Building 8. The room facilities are very modern, with smart toilets and all the amenities. The hotel offers a shuttle service between Building 8 and the lobby, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast is also plentiful, and the setting is fantastic; you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat. It truly lives up to its garden-style hotel reputation. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends."

"The room and environment are quite good, typical Atour facilities. However, I'm sorry to say the service was the most unsatisfactory Atour experience I've had to date. Firstly, from the moment we started to check in, it was clear there weren't enough staff available to prepare the rooms. We had to wait a full two and a half hours after arriving before a room was ready for us. Secondly, on our last day, we wanted to request a late check-out, but we never received a confirmation."

"Service: The worst part was the service. It gave me a lot of negative feedback about the service in Shaoxing on my first visit. Of course, I didn't show it, but the hotel definitely needs to reflect on this. Details are so important. For example, firstly, when we checked in, they didn't proactively inform us about how to reduce parking fees, even though they knew we were driving. Secondly, at breakfast, the lady cooking noodles was unreliable. She couldn't remember who had whose noodles. After she remembered that someone had taken my bowl of thin noodles, she actually asked me if I could just have the thick noodles she was cooking. I was really angry. Thirdly, I asked the front desk to send toiletries, but an hour passed and they still hadn't arrived. Finally, I went down to the front desk and spoke to a young woman wearing glasses. Her first words weren't an apology, but rather an excuse. She said she had already notified them. As a hotel, wasn't that making guests uncomfortable? Fourthly, the same lady cooking noodles kept complaining about which guests hadn't taken their noodles. This isn't a small hotel; it's not good to show your emotions like that. Fifthly, in the kitchen where the yogurt is kept, I saw a little boy take several bottles of yogurt and then turn around and complain. I overheard this little boy, and he really didn't seem like a waiter. Parking: Please specify the parking location clearly, otherwise it's easy to miss it. Hopefully, Hilton hotels can improve their service and pay attention to details; otherwise, they'll tarnish the brand's reputation."
