The facilities are well-maintained; our room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The pathways throughout the garden are gentle, making it easy for both the elderly and children to stroll around. The service was gentle and polite, and responses were prompt, with thoughtful and attentive assistance for luggage. The dining was authentic; breakfast offered a wide variety of local Shaoxing specialties, and the main meals featured genuine Shaoxing local cuisine. For a trip with both young and old, staying here was peaceful and comfortable, offering an immersive experience of the charm of Shaoxing's ancient city."

The welcome fruit was of very poor quality; even common fruits like bananas were rotten. One person who drank millet porridge experienced vomiting and diarrhea in the middle of the night. Although the housekeeping department said it couldn't be definitively attributed to the porridge, those who didn't drink it were fine. Considering the quality of the welcome fruit from the previous day, it's clear that hygiene standards in this area are indeed difficult to guarantee."

The service was extremely poor; they were impatient in answering customer questions and unable to meet customer needs. When I asked for an extra blanket because the room was cold, they didn't reply and I had to find another one myself! Secondly, the facilities were very poor. The phone didn't specify to dial 0, and no one answered when I called the front desk. The TV had free channels, but I had to pay to unlock them. The hairdryer had no power, the bathroom lacked privacy, and the hygiene was poor. The price was extremely high during the holiday; normally it's around 200 RMB, which is already quite expensive, but this time it was around 900 RMB excluding breakfast. Of course, the app's pricing was also unreasonable; they wanted to make as much money as possible during the holiday. Hotels like this usually have very low occupancy rates, and people only choose to stay there out of necessity during holidays. It seems like this type of hotel only makes money during holidays and doesn't prioritize quality. I suggest you avoid this type of hotel and choose a more expensive one instead!
