"I usually don't leave reviews unless I can't help it. I foolishly booked a newly opened hotel, and the smell was incredibly strong. I could only sleep with the window open (and it was tiny!), and the downstairs area was just a wasteland with a road, so the noise was deafening. I tolerated all that. The shopping mall downstairs wasn't open yet, and the location was quite remote. The parking was also something else entirely; there were so many stairs in front of the parking space that you could easily fall off if you weren't looking carefully. The most serious negative review is that I've never heard the sound of water gurgling and pouring from the toilet upstairs so clearly. It was so loud I thought it was coming from somewhere else. And the toilet was incredibly loud; if someone got up to use it in the middle of the night, it woke everyone up. This is a terrible experience with the facilities, nothing more to say. I was ripped off for over 600 yuan."

"Seeing that this hotel had such a high rating on Ctrip, I came here with high expectations. But after arriving, I was very disappointed. Is this rating fake? 900+ per night, including breakfast. The hotel is in a ravine. The road leading in is well built, but the road next to the hotel is still not built. The hotel claims to have a hot spring, but it's just a weird thing like the one in Figure 1. There's no water or shelter, just an open-air primitive place. The breakfast in the hotel is hard to describe. It is not as good as the breakfast in the express hotel of the All Seasons. It is so bad that I don’t know what to choose. The porridge is only white porridge with pickles, the fried instant noodles are bland and tasteless, and the other dishes are rubbish… The hotel has its own restaurant. Not to mention that reservations must be made in advance, the prices of the dishes are a rip-off, see Picture 4, especially the rice which costs 20 yuan a bowl. Compared with the farms that can be seen everywhere in Ruyuan County outside the mountains, this place is really too low. Picture 5 is the backyard of the hotel. You can see the farmer’s self-built house next to it… There is no so-called scenery. It’s a super deceptive photo. In short, I don't recommend you to go there. It's a very disappointing experience."

"I originally wanted to book two executive twin rooms, but due to room availability, I could only book one twin and one king-size bed. When checking in, the front desk guy was very considerate and arranged an adjacent room on the same floor. During the stay, the child was a little uncomfortable, so I troubled the housekeeping aunt to change the quilt three times. The front desk guy also specially sent me wind oil. The service quality was completely unexpected. In short, I was very satisfied and will stay at this LeFeng again next time I have the chance."
