You can easily switch out for a clean towel anytime while soaking, and there's hot tea available too. The surrounding environment is beautiful, nestled among mountains, making it perfect for a wellness retreat. The rooms are also excellent, with balconies offering views of the back hills – it truly feels like a vacation. My friends and I have already decided to come back for a second visit!"

The air conditioner in the whole room could not cool or ventilate (the air conditioner button showed cooling mode, but it could only heat, and no one at the front desk told me). I woke up directly in the room at night because of the heat. My parents also woke up at around 4 o'clock in the morning because of the heat. They thought the air conditioner was broken, but the front desk told them that it had no cooling. I was so drunk! I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered such a weird hotel! I was fooled by the online reviews and was deeply impressed!"
