"At night we were bitten by bedbugs in bed, and there were many cockroaches running around the floor. In the restaurant we found a cockroach in a plate and choked on a hair. The hotel and restaurant are in terrible unsanitary conditions. We were very afraid that we would catch a disease that these insects carry. The hotel and restaurant require complete sanitization. Get rid of them!"

"Easily the most wonderful place to stay in Chora Sfakion. We spent the 4 weeks of April in this charming, unpretentious and beautiful hotel, run by the most hospitable owners, who were constantly helpful and generous with their attention to our every need and expert advice on the whole area. We felt part of their family within a short time. The hotel rooms are spotless and kept that way, and every room opens to a balcony looking over the sea. Each night one is lulled to sleep with the sound of the waves on the shore and by day, there are endless places of historical interest and extreme beauty to enjoy. We swam every day in the pristine sea, either at the beach right there or one nearby. The hotel also has a taverna which serves delicious food from breakfast to dinner. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and were very sad to leave."

"Joanna og alt personalet er meget hjælpsomme og venlige.Vi havde et dobbeltværelse, der var rummeligt, og udsigten fra balkonen i badeområdet var bare smuk.Hotellet synes at have været renoveret for nylig og er sjovere til værelserne på hjemmesiden. Værelset blev renset dagligt og handsker blev ændret.Luftkonditioneringen arbejdede godt.Beech handsker blev også tilbudt til en smuk svømning efter en dags gåtur.Loutro er i sig selv en smuk beliggenhed, og jeg anbefaler hotellet til et ophold. En god morgenmad på gården er til rådighed, og med lyden af vandet er det bare glæde.Personalet fandt ud af, at det var min fødselsdag, og ved afrejse sang lykkelig fødselsdag til mig og præsenterede mig med den mest fantastiske stykke ost. Hamza arrangerede også venligt, at skipperen af båden beholder vores tasker i dagen, da vi gik over på hans båd til Marmara Beach og gik videre til Hora Sfakion efter, uden at vende tilbage til Loutro.Generelt et meget behageligt ophold."
