Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comes with a pod coffee machine. Let down a bit by the lack of kettle for tea, but there was a stove and microwave."

"An unforgettable stay in Annecy! We had a wonderful time at the Hôtel Beauregard. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by extremely friendly and welcoming staff, always available to make our stay perfect. The cuisine is simply exceptional, made from fresh produce that is evident in every plate. The breakfast buffet is a true delight: a wide selection of quality products, all beautifully presented. We also enjoyed a super relaxing duo massage, followed by a magical moment in the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake. The pool and the surrounding setting are just as incredible, inviting relaxation and serenity. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Annecy and its surroundings. Even with a last-minute booking, we had a welcoming room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The highlight of the stay: a boat ride at breakfast with Éric, the owner, who is very empathetic and always attentive to our needs. A memory etched forever! Thank you to the entire Beauregard team for this timeless stay. We will definitely be back!"

"Very pleasant location. Close to the lake. Easy access and parking. Very expensive for such a mediocre rental. An average of €350 per night, we expect much better. No air conditioning with bedrooms under the roof, 35 degrees with a small skylight without shutters. Very few dishes (6 people 6 glasses).. No way to peel your vegetables, no spatula, ... All the shutters in the house are unusable, none close....all broken or poorly installed which prevents you from keeping a little cool in the house without air conditioning. Towel dryer in the bathroom rusty. Dirty shower cubicle outside. Broken clothesline. Garden table which must be more than 20 years old, the wood is crumbling... 2 kayaks are available for all rentals on the site... About 50 people If we compare the quality price ratio... To avoid"
