"We rented a duplex apartment from June 15th to 17th. Very well received, clean apartment, nothing to complain about. Close to the city center of Annecy and close to a grocery store. Well located 100 meters from Lake Annecy. Washing machine available. Bicycle available. The only problem is the internet speed (ADSL). The speed is too low for children in the evening, 2 mb/s. Fiber would be a small asset to finalize the quality of the service... See you soon."

Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comes with a pod coffee machine. Let down a bit by the lack of kettle for tea, but there was a stove and microwave."

"This is probably the 4th time we have stayed here over the last 10 years. We come back for the great views. It now has pool that is great. You can rent velos next door to the right. Ask at desk for instructions. The rooms are small, and he paint on the outside is peeling. The breakfast is good., internet ok. The dinner menu is limited with mainly fish dishes. It would be nice if they added salads and chicken, etc. to the menu. Parking can be difficult at times, as they allow people from outside the hotel to dine for dinner and buy lounge chairs adjacent to the pool. If the lot is full they tell you to drive to Annecy and park there and walk back. On most days you can find a place to park."
