"We booked a 3-hour sauna and welness session at the camperpark. We paid for 7pm until 10pm, and they started announcing the sauna will be closing at 9pm. We were outside by 9.30 because of the many announcements. So the last hour was not relaxing at all, and we paid too much. Do not book the sauna and welness session at 7pm, but the one earlier (at 5pm). For each additional hour, you only pay 3 euros. They should also not offer the possibility on their website. The sauna and welness itself is beatiful! Worth a visit."

"Perfect location closed to Helmjet and skibus stop. Very friendly and guest focused staff. Nice restaurant offering healthy breakfast charging batteries for whole skiing day. Good ski room with heated ski boxes. Last but not least - good value fir money!"

"Dette hotel var perfekt til vores familie (børn i alderen 6 og 4 år).Det var et fantastisk grundlag for at udforske dolomiterne, da det var tæt på mange af Alpe-spilleparkerne og familieture. "We stayed in a group of 50 people for 4 days. Nice facility. Panoramic location. Staff were friendly enough but lacking in hospitality. Any serious negatives? The spa is located in the basement of the annex. You can imagine that at -10°C, walking 30 meters in slippers and a bathrobe isn't exactly the best. The downside was the food: breakfast was like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. Dinners were appalling. The quality was extremely low and the quantity was very, very low. I've been going to the Dolomites for 20 years, but I've never eaten so badly. Everything needs to be reassessed, starting with the chef and the restaurant staff. I could never return."

"Vi var meget tilfredse omkring, især med kvaliteten og valget af mad samt med opmærksomheden og hjertet af hotelpersonalet. Vores værelse (panoramaværelse) var meget rummeligt og indrettet af høj standard. Hotellets og garagens parkeringspladser har lettet ind- og udrejsen på en behagelig måde. Wellnessområdet er en dejlig og velunderholdt ekstra, men i det store og hele har været ret lille. Det var bemærkelsesværdigt, at de små detaljer (f.eks. om eftermiddagens snacks, kærligt hæklede glassetsonder eller offentlige spilleskærme) alle skulle bidrage positivt til gæsteoplevelsen og især til os. - Det er godt. Vi vil sandsynligvis komme tilbage, når vi er tilbage i Sydtyrol."

"Had an amazing spring ski trip to bad moos! Sukhi at the front desk took amazing care of us, Sergio got us the best wine and Ferdinando made excellent drinks, this place is hard to beat! Sauna is clean, well-taken care of, massages were so good!"
