"A family-run hotel right in the heart of the ski area. Very friendly, the service was truly excellent, and the half-board option was absolutely fantastic! "The price-performance ratio is absolutely unacceptable. We were accommodated in the adjacent building on the second floor. The main building is quite run-down and ugly. The rooms were clean, yes, but very old-fashioned with neglected doors. The main hallway was cold, and when we pointed this out to the waiter, he simply said "sorry" and walked off. The smelly, barking dogs in the dining room were also unacceptable. At breakfast, the coffee was undrinkable, and to make matters worse, we had already finished breakfast by the time the waiter bothered to bring us a coffee; he preferred to chat at other tables."

"Dear Berghotel, Hats off for your wonderful work you put in for your welcoming hospitality, the whole attitude from their staff is top notch and they truly make this place a unique experience and you are more likely to overlook some of the hotel's downfalls ( shorter bed, and slight luke warm shower if you up very early in the morning - take it, it is due to sustainability commitments ) Having said that, the sustainability efforts are truly remarkable at the Berghotel, and it's so important to have very little eco footprint these days. That's also very noticeable at their food offerings too, which are absolutely scrumptious local cuisine! Lastly, special mention for Chantal ( who had patience to deal with my dairy allergy ), Mauro, Karin, and of course Mr Fritz ;) Thank you again! "

"Jeg har været på Hotel Waldheim for at arbejde i en uge i januar, og jeg kunne virkelig godt lide opholdet.Værelset var ekstremt komfortabelt og behageligt med en dejlig balkon.Personalet er meget venligt og ser nøje på enhver anmodning. Navnlig mad er ekstremt god med højt niveau forberedelser, lys og smag.Positionen, tæt på centrum af Sexten og foran kabelbanen er ideel både for erhvervsaktivitet og for ski-/ski-eventyr. Hotellet tilbyder aktiviteter med alpine guider og det har et dejligt spa.Jeg kommer sikkert tilbage til Hotel Waldheim næste gang i Sexten."

"Always a pleasure to visit Berghotel in Moos. You are met with a warm welcome from the reception and your room is ready with your wishes. In the restaurant the staff offers you nice and polite attention, always ready with a smile and good service. Not to forget Mauro´s bar! This time we tried gin tasting with Maximillian, this was a great experience provided by a passionated young man. We love the scent in the soap and body lotion, don´t ever change these:) The scent is synonymous with BERGHOTEL! See you next year."

"We stayed in the Villa Rainer in the Betulin Family Apartment. This corner apartment has great views and lots of natural light. Barbara and Alex were wonderful hosts. Being there in October is a great time with fewer people and lovely fall colors. It was an easy short walk to the village. The hikes here are beautiful and easy to access. I highly recommend the Villa Rainier."
