"Værelset er rent og komfortabelt, med komplette forsyninger. Shampooen og balsamen er alle produceret i Frankrig. Minibaren byder på gratis drinks, øl og snacks. Tjenesten er opmærksom og tålmodig med børn. De fleste spil er gratis, men bowling er tilgængeligt mod et ekstra gebyr. Cocktails i lobbybaren er lækre! Der er a la carte-restauranter og buffetrestauranter, hvor du kan spise når som helst 24 timer i døgnet. Samlet set føler jeg, at Ctrips Platinum Diamond Hotel virkelig er et meget godt valg."

"The actual hotel is different from the photos. There is no large lawn, just a large villa with a yard. If it weren't for the close distance to the event, I would not choose to stay here. The service is OK, and the auntie who makes breakfast is very enthusiastic."

"We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean. Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year. Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath.. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view. The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for. Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant. The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either. It's a shame that the staff treats us like that... this is what the hotel service consists of, for which we pay money, mind you! At the reception they said that the hotel was bought by a new owner and might change its name next year..."
