"Vi har haft en dejlig ophold på Hotel Bellevue. Det er et godt og rent hotel, vores dobbeltværelse var ikke stort og i gammel østrigsk stil. Men godt for hinanden. I det nærliggende VAYA hotel kunne vi spise morgenmad og middag. Vi har spist godt! Personalet er hjælpsomt og venligt. Ideelt, at du kan bruge wellness i VAYA. Beliggenheden er perfekt, gennem broen du kører så Serfaus ind og det er tæt på gondolen."

"Beautiful spot, quiet but nearby everything. Beautiful appartment. Missing some parts in the kitchen, but immediately fixed after letting them know. Good stay!"

"The friendliness of the owners of the family and the staff is sensational. The house is just a few minutes walk from the skiing hills, yet it is recommended to rent a depot for ski shoes and skiers, as the road is very tight. There is a deep garage and some places in front of the house. The hotel is very careful. All freshly painted, the furniture is not suited. However, some details have fallen a little from the time. Teach floors, baths and facilities from the 1990s. The spa area with large indoor pool and dry and steam sauna very nice. Each evening a 5-gang menu, only the salad from the buffet. Morning breakfast with buffet and egg food through life cooking and lunch from 15-17 clock a jas with hot food and cake. We had nothing to expose. About Sylvester Serfaus was completely booked, despite the very very sporting prices."

"Vi boede i Bellevue Hause, som er lejligheder, der drives af Vaya St. Zeno Serfaus.Lejligheden var lidt forældet, og gulvet gik dårligt, men det var rummeligt og rent, og havde en god bruser. "Excellent in every way. Service, food, rooms, spa, children's activities and options. Very convenient for skiing as close to the u bahn. Staff are very attentive and hospitable. Special shout out to Tomas Szalbo, Peter Szalbo, Stefan who took care of us this time - could not ask for more!"

"Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We were not greeted in a friendly manner when we checked in. The lady at reception insisted that we present the booking documents in printed form, which we did not have with us. Her communication seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The bread seemed to be from the day before and there were no fresh products, which we would have expected from a hotel of this category. Another negative point was that the sauna was closed on Saturday. We were already standing at reception in our bathrobes when the employee told us that this was posted everywhere, including in the elevator. There was indeed a notice there, but it was very small and easy to miss. An information sheet with the most important information on arrival would certainly have been helpful here."

"What a blissful stay we had at Alpina & More. The apartment was super, super comfortable. Very spacious and cozy, kitchen well equipped, bed rooms comfy and the bathrooms were... heaven. Bistro offered a nice little menu, spa (pool, multiple saunas en relax rooms) was simply superb. However, what would make us come back again would be the staff. So genuinely nice and hospitable. Despite the upscale hotel, the staff were very laidback and gentle. Our family literally loved every minute of our week in Alpina & More and would love to come back in the future!"
