"The resort is aesthetically very nice and set in a great location, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the expectations. Cleanliness and hygiene were disappointing. The common pool had a layer of moss floating on it, making it unusable. The in-room jacuzzi was worse—the walls were covered with moss, and despite that, it was filled for use. Once turned on, the moss started coming off into the water. The room itself had cobwebs, and the AC wasn’t working for an entire day. There were also frequent power fluctuations throughout the stay. Food quality was consistently below average. Even basic tea and coffee were not made properly. The dining area AC and fans were only turned on after we asked. After giving feedback multiple times, the food improved slightly but was still not up to the mark. Staff is absolutely untrained and can’t manage basic expectations. Overall, while the property looks great, the lack of maintenance and poor service standards take away from the experience. With better upkeep and attention to detail, it could be a much better place to stay."
